The spa could have been slightly warmer. There were not many lunch or dinner options at the restaurant. This area is less busy and more authentic than the main centres. The downside is that there is no bus service. A taxi to Fira is around 20 EUR each way.

Lovely room with a spa and great views. Good variety of food at the breakfast buffet. Very helpful staff.

We stayed in the suite with a hot tub for our honeymoon and it was incredible. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was amazing, our room was so spacious and clean, and the hotel is relaxing and quiet. Great view of the caldera and sunset. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Room had a small coffee mashine, but I would prefer a kettle to make bigger cups of coffee or to have a cup of tea. But that's only my preferance

The property is a bit outside from Fira and Oia. If you have a car, then it would be 15-20 mins to reach Fira city centre. If you have to depend on the local bus transport, then it may take more than 30 mins.

Nothing at all, we had a perfect week.

We stayed in the Villa for a week with our children. It’s beautiful, spacious, the views are incredible and it’s spotlessly clean. The hotel staff are exceptional and very accommodating. The breakfasts were fantastic and all the meals we had during our stay were delicious.

I like the location of the property. The view is amazing. The property is just a 10 minute drive to the main city of Fira. The property also provides transportation something we don't worry about. The staff is so welcoming, helpful and accommodating , always greet you with a smile. They are so nice 😊

Stayed here for a relaxing vacation, and it was the perfect place for that. The location is about 15mins drive from Fira, so best to stay here if you have a car. Plenty of parking, as well as one charging point for EVs. The heating in our hot tub was not working due to a storm the previous day, but the manager offered us an additional room next to ours so we could use the hot tub of that room. Although the hottub in the next room was smaller, but we appreciated the gesture and hospitality (+ a free lunch for the inconvenience).

The breakfast was perfect! Eating looking at the ocean was perfect and there were a lot of options to eat! the food was amazing. The staff was perfect! From the moment we checked-in from the moment we checked-out everyone was so helpful and VERY kind!! I`m in love with this hotel and the staff. Chris (from reception) helped us a lot, including to prepare our schedule for the trip, giving us a lot of advices of things to do.

Well I like it even I am on the side bit I am on the top floor. Good for solo traveller especially women. Safety comes first.

Our room by the pool was very noisy as people were having breakfast and dinner very close to us. We did not have much intimacy

The staff and especially reception. They are always willing to help and provide good recommendations. The hotel is perfectly located away from the crowds and enjoys a breathtaking view. I highly recommend staying here

The best location and view from room and swimming pool yard is here. I had stayed on 3 others hotel, but this hotel is exceptional. The staff are very nice, the yard view that could be used for breakfast as well, is really fabulous. Rooms are clean and well equipped.

If you don’t have a hire car or transport it’s a little far from things but if you have transport organised it’s worth it!!!
