We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff was exceptionally kind and even helped us with a car issue we had. The breakfast food was delicious, with a variety of choices. We had a sea view from the balcony, and the location was peaceful.

Really comfortable large rooms, we had a mezzanine floor with an extra double bed in our room. Great location, near town centre, shops, restaurants and the sea. Very friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast that can be eaten on the terrace.

The hotel was right in the middle of the town which was great. There are bakery, supermarkets, souvenir shops and restaurants nearby. Vassilki is close to some of the most beautiful and famous beaches so the location is 10/10. It was very clean and the staff was very polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Lefkada. We didn't get the chance to try the breakfast though. Nevertheless it was all great. :)

CanadaWe stayed in the maisonette room and as a family of five it fit us very well. We loved the room layout with the circular staircase up and the balcony view was super nice. The standout is the location, the hotel's lobby and sitting areas are open to the outside and the hotel is right in the heart of Vasiliki, a super quaint and charming little town. We absolutely loved strolling through the small shops, restaurants and late night dips at the beach just a few minutes away.

SloveniaIf you travel with child and they have to spleep on sofa bed, it is terrable. The sofa need to be changed to new type because in the middle is metalic support and is very difficoult to spleep on this bad. The manager should have tried lying on this bed before they furnished the rooms with these types.
Very tasty breakfast! They make eggs in many inovative ways and all types are perfect. Egg specialist ;). The Staff is very nice.

AustraliaMix up with the rooms and we had to wait for one to be cleaned before we could check in, after a 5 hour car ride all we wanted was a cold shower. The shower was very dirty, scum all over and when mentioned to the cleaners they said it was rust, which it wasn’t.
All common areas (reception, bar, restaurant, pool) very modern, clean, fresh. Staff very welcoming and friendly.
