There was nothing we didn’t like, it was all great.

Everything. Fantastic value for money and in a quieter location off the main strip. The lady on reception (I think she works days) was amazing. She was friendly, helpful and just generally great. The rooms were immaculate and beyond what we expected of a 3* hotel. We were pleasantly surprised and would both return ourselves, and highly recommend to others.

A small bar or ice cream fridge would have been good by the pool. Though you could buy drinks from a fridge in reception and shops were close by for anything else. By a main road which could be a little noisy at times if by the pool but didn’t bother us too much and could not hear from our room with doors shut.

Modern, clean, bright, comfortable, nice size pool and hotel, towels provided for the pool. Great staff. Few minutes walk to the main centre with shops and restaurants but not right in it

There was a few hours where we didn’t have electricity. and the wifi from the loft bed area was spotty.

Front desk was very helpful. They gave us recommendations and information. The room was clean and comfortable.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Location good, short walk to supermarket and Fira shops. Not caldera views but still nice ocean views of the other side of Santorini from the pool. Pool area was very clean. Good standard facilities in the room.

Overall, apart from not serving any food, and the 350 metre walk up hill, it’s superb.

Beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean. Maid service daily. All staff very friendly and cheerful. Efficient quiet air conditioning. Pool area never crowded and got a sun bed every day. We had room 9 which had a balcony with a view over the pool and onwards to the sea a few miles away on the East side towards the airport, not over the Caldera. Alcoholic drinks available to buy in reception as well as bottled water only €2 for 1.5 litres, cheaper than town and didn’t have to carry it. No food available at the hotel but dozens of restaurants in town which was only about 350 metres to the centre, but up hill. Be aware if you have walking or breathing difficulties. A convenience store is just 250 meters from the hotel. You can order take away food via delivery app WOLT. Very efficient. We recommend https://elgrecosantorini.gr to eat in and they deliver free too. We ordered a wood fired pizza which was cooked and delivered to our room in less than 20 minutes. Be aware that Google Maps Street Street View is out of date and ElGreco has been expanded and upgraded so see their web site Nearly opposite El Greco is another recommendation https://www.pelicankipos.com

No snack bar or breakfast place. We used to go out in the morning to get breakfast and lunch but would have been nice to have some cutlery. But did not ruin the hotel experience

The rooms were comfortable,clean with everything you need for a great stay. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were really friendly and helpful with any requests or info. Very close to the cliff top ,but far enough away to be quiet.

Not really enough hot water, ran out every 10 minutes in the shower. Reception didn’t answer the phone even during usual business hours. Also providing some cutlery would have been nice as we wanted to have a basic breakfast on the balcony before leaving for our early bus, we had to eat with teaspoons

Great location in Fira near the centre. Convenient to walk around the town, get to the bus station, go to the supermarkets etc. pool was super clean, room was furnished nicely

We stayed just one night. Would be great to have a breakfast option, but there is plenty of restaurants around, so I understand they don’t have it.

I liked the size of the room and its arrangement. Also the swimmingpool was great. Easy parking as we didn’t come in high season, but anyway in Thira it was great to have car at save place. It was awesome relaxing place and we would definitely like to come back.

Nothing to dislike here…. Location was quiet. Is out of the main tourist streets so a bit of an uphill walk into the hustle and bustle. But definitely do-able.

Bright and sunny room with balcony over the pool. Spacious room, comfortable bed… very clean. Great staff, very hospitable and helpful.

Everything. The entire staff was beyond helpful to our needs. Beautiful property, close to all shops and restaurants. They arranged a prompt transfer from airport to hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Golden Star! Oh, and AC works very well!
