Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Mario on reception was an excellent advert for this property and a pleasure to deal with. This is a a great hotel and we would definitely visit again.

CanadaThe Hotel is extremely well located, you can walk the town of Fira and it's very close to numerous restaurants, supermarkets and coffee shops. The rooms are modern and well equipped. It has free parking. The staff is very friendly, they even offered to store our luggage when we arrived very early. For sure will stay there again, 100% recommended

AustraliaNothing that was a deal breaker - the shower pressure could have been better and block-out curtains would be great (the rooms face the morning sun). It’s also a little walk into the centre of Fira - about 10 mins up a hill.
The rooms are modern and clean and look like they have been renovated recently. The pool was fantastic! The staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay!

United Kingdom20 rooms minimum 40 people but only 14 sun-beds and a seated area. Don’t get me wrong it seems to work well but SOME guests believe they can put a towel on a bed and disappear for hours! Please add a sign saying if you leave take your towel! It’s not Spain! Not the fault of the hotel but it could very well be added to your Do’s and Do Nots Other than that we have had an amazing time and would highly recommend
It was modern fresh and clean with a short walk to the centre but faraway not to hear any noise. We stayed a week the main person we saw was the cleaner who always cleaned our room and was very polite and professional

IrelandEverything was great, the only improvements I would suggest was the pool facilities. The courtesy bathroom /shower is really not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel and is a bit small and dirty. Could do with a few more parasols and beds at the pool also. Wouldn’t put me off coming back!
We had a great experience here on a short group holiday, rooms were so modern and clean and the location was ideal ! Staff were so lovely and the pool is a great size for Santorini. Would definitely stay here if we were to return.

Very clean with a fantastic pool. Loved the circular bed and new bathroom. Great aircon. pickup from airport was great when our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until 1.30am. hotel is close to action but far enough away to be quiet.
