We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BulgariaSome of the hills are pretty steep, but they have came up with various ways to go around them - elevators and roof pathways. The pool is very deep on one end and the depth wasn't labelled.
The hotel is very close to the beach, around 4 minutes walking, the path is on a hill. The hotel is across the road, but they have very useful bridge and elevator to get safely across the other side. The food and drinks are very pleasant, you can find something for every taste. The view is breathtaking. A lot of plants and trees on the hotel grounds, they take very good care of them, they even some exotic types. All are taken care of, trimmed and watered daily.

AlbaniaI didn't like the fact that there wasn't any bottle of water in the fridge or during meal time, instead you had to pay for it. There was not any toilet in the beach area and to get to the room there were a lot of stairs. It was very difficult as we had our son's stroller with us all the time.
I stayed 5 nights in Glavas Inn with my husband and our two kids. The hotel has a great view with all the facilities, the room was clean and the food was very good and tasty. For breakfast there weren't served many things but during lunch and dinner the food was very good, especially the salads prepared by Eva who was very helpful also. The two ladies at the reception, Alexandra and the other lady were ready to assisst at any time.

BulgariaThe food was extremely low quality product. We expected the lovely Greek food as usual - fresh vegetables and fruits, but was not god at all. Especially if you are with a kid, it’s not pleasant at all.
The location of the hotel is really good. You can enjoy amazing views during the whole day and night. The staff was amazingly kind, especially Aleksandra from reception, Anna and Tatyana from the restaurant. The manager was also really understanding. Thank you for your kindness!

United StatesIt's a perfect place to relax. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and with wonderful personnel. The beach is just a 2-minute walk: it is clean and well-kept, water is crystal clear. The food was great with a variety of dishes and different options every day - you never get bored with it. The Family room has an amazing view of the sea - perfect for watching sunsets.

This is the fourth year in a row we've been staying at Glavas Inn and it feels like a second home to us already... We just love everything there - the special atmosphere, the beautiful green areas all over, the clean pools, the delicious food and drinks... And - last, but not least - the super nice and friendly people working there... The perfect place for a relaxing holiday! :)

The hotel is very beautiful, it is on a small hill, so you have to climb up to the rooms. The rooms are cleaned every day, the view is amazing! The meals are various and delicious, staff is really helpful and kind.

BulgariaThe bathroom was a bit small. When sitting on the toilet my legs would bump into the shower cabin.
The service was amazing! Everyone was so kind and helpful we felt like home. The room was cleaned very nicely every day and overall all the facilities like the pool and the restaurant were immaculate. The beach was beautiful and access to it was easy. The food was also delicious and very diverse and nutritious! We loved it and would love to come again.

Great place located near by the beach, pleasant personnel, who can arrange everything from car repair till boat arrangement for sea tour. Big terrace. Air con. Nice fish restaurant located near by.

NetherlandsThey should not call all inclusive what they are offering. Lot's of times ice cream is extra(12-17:30), coffe is extra.. And their ice cream is really basic, small and not very tasty. Also location lucks some activity, you basically cannot go anywhere. 2km is shop and nothing around..For sea and relax is perfect but if you want to go somewhere must take car.
Hotel is clean, food is mostly very good and various. The beach is close, sea is amazing and pools are also perfect.Glavas has a big potential.Location is totaly quiet.

ItalyThe rooms were not cleaned properly. We found lots of dust and dirt on the floor and many ants and spiders. There was hair in the minibar fridge on the bed and in the bathroom. The shower was leaking. There was rust on the toilet flush as it sprayed water every time we flushed. The room looked nothing like the pictures online. The beer was really watered down.
The staff were kind, especially the girls that worked in the buffet cleaning up the tables. They were always smiling and sweet. The bar staff was kind too. The food was fine, as it varied from day to day and there were different offerings from the Greek cuisine.
