We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe rooms only get cleaned once every two days which I understand but after sandy beaches and with a toddler it would have been nice to have a daily clean. Also coffee pods for the duration of the stay would have been nice.
We loved the look of the rooms ! The location was perfect, super central (on the island) and the support initially when we arrived was great.

Australiahad a problem with the shower and sink not draining from the day we got there. It was not nice having a shower and having hairs from previous tenants come up the drain hole and having to stand in 3 inches of water whilst showering. Even though we reported it on 4 separate occasions to 3 different personnel nothing was done and after 5 days when we left still wasn't fixed. No sink plug or hand towel was provided so made very hard to wash dishes. We asked for a sink plug but never got one. Reception was very rarely open

The port with loads of restaurants, cafes and beaches was no more than a few minutes walk away, and had great links to Plaka and Sarakiniko Beach as the bus stop was just down the road. The hosts were so welcoming, easy to contact if you needed anything, and gave great advice about places to visit and things to do. Overall had a fantastic time and will hopefully be back!

The room was pleasant, the bed was comfortable, parking space was available to guests. Location is very convenient, the staffs are very friendly and helpful, beach towels were provided for us when we venture out to the sea. They also let us kept one of the room for a late check out which was a great help to us, since our flight was early evening.

AustraliaAmazing location! So close to the port and supermarket / shops. Lovely owners who were so friendly and easy to communicate with and very responsive. Easy check in. Nice spacious apartment for 4 people with the ability to close the doors off to create separate spaces. Free parking out the front of the properly too if you hire a car like we did. Photos look exactly like the real place. Would highly recommend this property!

Very affordable and clean accommodations. Within walking distance to the port, downtown Adamas and shops & restaurants. We were treated like family. The staff was so friendly and informative. The 2 bedroom apartment was very clean and spacious as was the outdoor veranda.
