The shower takes a while for hot water to run.

The location is perfect...it's about a ten minute walk from the lively area and guests are asked to respect quiet times, all you hear at night is grasshoppers. There are two supermarkets a few minutes walk away, Sidari beach, restaurants,bars etc about 10/15 minute walk, Canal d'amour village and two other beaches about 25 minute walk from property. The swimming pool is big and kept clean and tidy, there's plenty of sun beds and space for everyone, we had the pool all to ourselves some days. The apartments are a good size, two fairly big bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs in the kitchen and also on the balcony. There's also a garden and a washing machine. The owner is super friendly and helpful.

The only thing we didn't like was the location, it was a little to far from the main strip (15-20min) walk and there was not much for our children to do.

The room was more than adequately sized for our family. It was extremely comfortable and the owners are so friendly.

Very good, quiet and green area, swimming pool, free parking, washing machine, good Internet. For lunch & dinner - please test Barbecoa restaurant (family owned), close to the villa: THE BEST in Sidari and low prices cause is not in central area. Much better the the beach side restaurants !

The apartment was very pleasantly furnished, the kitchen had everything we needed (fridge, coffee maker - filtered coffee, two-burner stove, oven with grill, microwave oven, toaster). It is also possible to use a shared washing machine in the apartment area. A strategic place for visiting the northern part of the island - Canal d'Amour, Cape Drastis, Logas beach, Kassiopi, Porto Timoni beach. Great for families with children. Our children thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the pool. It was a nice and friendly environment to spend the holidays.

Everything . Location is great .with a supermarket shortwalk away .Bavias restaurant is a must .the strip is a 15 minute walk to beaches,bars and restaurnts . Katie the most perfect host .shes so thoughtful and accomodating .will certainly be returning 😊

The shutters did not have stays when open so could clatter shut in the wind.

Some things like oil, salt, and few basic things like shampoos/hand shampoo were missing.

Great location (15min walk to the city center, 3min walk to large supermarkets), comfortable beds, lovely terrace with the pool as well, clean pool.

With many apartments the only thing is that you never know who your neighbors will be, and the soundproofing from the pool area is not that good.

Stairs to upstairs bedroom were VERY steep and several times our teenage kids nearly fell down the stairs. Kitchenette is OK but oven was next to useless to cook anything and only one ring of the two cooking rings worked properly. No cleaning midweek, but there were brushes and mops available for brushing out the apartment. The toilet flush was poor and didn't deal well with 'solids'! New towels were provided in the middle of our stay, but there was no change of bedding/sheets etc offered. The kitchenette didn't provide a microwave safe bowl and no pyrex bowls of any sort if you wished to try to use the table-top oven to heat/cook a meal. No pop-up toaster. There was a breadknife, but we had to buy a sharp knife to cut fruit etc. Beds were NOT comfortable. Downstairs double was two singles pushed together with a kingsize mattress-toper.

Clean apartment about 20 minutes slow walking from the centre of Sidari. Very warm welcome and very friendly staff. Washing machine available for free use by residents and use of a drying line was a good facility. Bottle of water, fruit and a carafe of wine provided on arrival. There are two local supermarkets which can provide for all your shopping needs. Nice clean pool and well maintained pool area with plenty of chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas. Each apartment had a pool-facing patio with a table and four comfortable chairs. Only one aircon/apartment unit but it was very effective. The apartment has a good full-sized fridge, a kettle, a toasty maker, a microwave with a useful grilling function and a coffee maker. A good selection of saucepans/frying pans available. It would benefit from a pop-up toaster. There are plenty of free on-site parking spaces for a car.

The place is not renovated since build of the house. Bathroom is 1997 stile and never renovated. Furniture and kitchen equipment is dated 20 years ago... Homeowner is very polite but it is not enough for good stay. I never understand this way of thinking - every season to collect money without any upgrade during the years. Rooms are so close each other - so it is very bad if you have noisy neighbor. Wake up in 6a.m. because of crying child or noisy parents is not the best feeling during vacation.
