If you don't have a car there is a relatively steep walk to Oia which is nearby. Not recommended in the heat. Bus transport is available one way for a return journey to the accommodation.

George, the property owner/manager, was one of the best hosts encountered during our two weeks in Greece. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He provided friendly and personal service combined with good advice about the facilities, transport, and moving around Santorini. We loved his friendly dog and pet parrot.

The mattress in the single beds weren’t good

Communication with the host was amazing, he replied quickly and was always ready to support us. The location is really good as well, 5 min by car to Oia and 20min to the airport

It was a good 30 minute walk uphill to Oia. Other than that, property was very nice.

The host George and his family were very accommodating. He even drove me and my family to Oia in the evenings as it is a long walk. Constantly checked if we were okay and in general lovely place to stay with wonderful views!

Lovely pool, owner George would drive us up to the shops etc for a small fee to save us walking half n hour in the heat. Fairly spacious room with lovely deck overlooking the pool. Breakfast provided

The host is friendly and helpful. He even arranged our transfers and offered to order a cab from the ferry port to the airport for our way back a week later, despite that we stayed only a single night there.

20 minutes walk from Oia center one have to walk on the main road.

Great value for money ! 20 minutes waliking from oia city centre. The road to the city centre is an uphill road , if you do not want to walk, 2 mins walking there is the bus stop. Cozy tipical greek house with really helpful and friendly owner! Good breakfast included in the price served on a beautiful big terrace overlooking the sea.

Very quiet, at 2 km from Oia and its crowds. Very large terrace overlooking the very nice swimming pool. Georgios was very friendly and always willing to give a lift to Oia.

Very good place for visiting Santorini. Very good conditions for sleeping. Owner is very very helpful. Very close to Oia. If you not use a car you have 4 minutes by walk Bus Stop to Fira. I recommend Santo Margarita.

George is amazing ! My partner & I spent a night here and George went above and beyond ! From greeting us with coffee and juice to helping me get to the closets hospital around town . Whatever you need he doesn’t hesitate. The apartment was very spacious for just the two of us which was great, clean and organized. Just about 20-25 minute walk to the town . Will definitely be back here !

You need a car for this property. the walk into Oia is 30MIN, not 15 as suggested and is completely uphill (the walk home took 20 as a fast downhill walk lol) My partner is a runner and he struggled so not for the faint hearted or asthmatic. Like Greece, it’s VERY basic. 1 loo roll, 4 plates, 4knifes and forks. we had to ask for bowls & spoons and a knife to cut the fruit. There is a microwave (not sure why) and a fridge and a kettle. Single bed mattress too thin and hard and could feel bars underneath. (Double bed hard, nothing a mattress topper wouldn’t help) No shade at pool so perhaps consider something across the decking beams to offer choice of in/out of sun.

Host George is fab and so so helpful and friendly and recommended a place for us for sunset which was great. we got there early and watched with great cocktails in hand and away from mass crowds then walked 5min into Oia thereafter. The location of apartments is very quiet and offers an almost perfect sunset view. The pool is just right after a day out and the apartment is very spacious and clean. As 3 we had a double room and 2 single beds so was great. The shower was fantastic with a big cloud head so helps get the suncream off!! We enjoyed our stay here.

Everything was absolutely perfect! George is the best hotel manager that anyone could ever wish for:) Really missing him and the beautiful hotel.

The kitchen is very limited, only water heater and microvave, but not cooking facilities. If you expected a room It"s perfect, if you expected an apartament It"s a bit short.

We liked especially the outdoor spaces, mainly the pool. It was great. Giorgos, the owner, was very, very kind and helpful for everything we needed. The location of the hotel, 20 minutes walking from Oía, is also very good.

Excellent quality-price accomodation.. 3 years old apartments, big rooms, comfortable beds..cosy territory with nice pool, very quite surroundings. Evening time you can watch sunset from here as well. And owner of great hospitality)
