We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Charis was a lovely host, so friendly and welcoming. He gave us information on the menalon trail and able to help sort a taxi. He also bagged up our leftovers at breakfast so we could have them for lunch on the trail. The room was very spacious and a nice temperature.

ItalyWe started hiking the Menalon trail from Stemnitsa and stayed at Gartagani. The guesthouse is beautiful, a lovely Arcadian stone house set on a hill overlooking the village, we loved our view from the room. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. We would definitely come back.

We loved this spot. A bit up and out of the main square but a nice walk to the center for dinner. The host has done an excellent job of creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, very helpful with any questions we might have. Our room was super comfortable - great views from the patio area. Harris was really welcoming and keen to help us enjoy our stay with great advice. He went well beyond the call of duty and drove me towards the monastery, in order to allay my fears of driving down the mountain road!. That's before kindly dropping some things we'd left at the airport!. The reviews of the apartment itself speak for themselves, it's a beautiful traditional style house in a lovely location.

United StatesThere is not much that we can think was bad except that the stay was too short, We could have stayed one or 2 more nights. Beware of the dreaded Google Maps "shortcuts", it puts us at the foot of the stairs leading to the house, not at the house itself. I think the GPS coordinates in the description is more accurate.
We enjoyed our stay, it was our favorite place to stay. We got the room with the large "cave" like ante-room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we found places that we were not aware that made the stay more enjoyable. The breakfast was very good with a lot presented to us, we felt bad since we don't eat a lot during breakfast and hate wasting food, in the last day the hosts gave us the left-overs to take for the trip. A very nice gesture. Gartagani was the best place that we stayed in our trip.

Our starting place for the Menalon trail. Very clean, beautiful and quiet place. Good breakfast in seperate small house. Very hospitable host. Nice terrace with view on the valley.
