We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Such references should be removed Dining hall floor requires deep cleaning, appears quite dirty. Breakfast ‘warm’ food options very limited Whilst they may serve a useful purpose, cats should be kept away from dining area and apartments

United KingdomThe breakfasts were pretty boring and the same every single day. This made you eat for the sake of eating/filling up at breakfast time but not something that you necessarily looked forward to at the start of every day. This was the only negative aspect of the hotel
The location is excellent as it was very close to the us stop for the bus to Fira and, more importantly, within walking distance of the centre of Oia. Also, Anna was extremely helpful with making sure one knew all the main spots to visit and how best to get to all of these as well as the best way to pack in as much sightseeing on any given day.

United KingdomThe pool was freezing (it was October), jacuzzi was turned off which was the main reason we booked and very thin walls. We didn't have an iron but when we asked the main lady lent us one!
The staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was free and good, we could walk into Oia in five mins and there were supermarkets close by with also free parking on the hotel property. The bathroom was also lovely, air con/heat was great and the balcony was nice.

The cleaning is carried out diligently and the room is very clean. The proximity to Oia makes it a hotel to consider

- The host informed us perfectly, we couldn’t wish better - It was a 5-minute-walk to the most beautiful place in Oia for a affordable price

CanadaRoom was extremely small, even for a single traveler. The room had one single bed and not enough space left over for a chair. A small window in the front door was the only source of outside light. The wifi was very hit and miss. Occasionally I could connect on the 'balcony' but it was extremely slow.
Staff and breakfast were excellent. Room was quite clean. Galini's clients may use the pool at Maria's next door as well as their breakfast facilities.

ItalyFrom the moment I arrived Anna gave me the worst reception greeting I have ever heard. She shouted at me to wait as she was busy. Being my first time I was lost. The reception area is not so clear and it’s off the road. She pointed out that I had paid for the room 🤔. The breakfast was very basic. When I asked for a taxi to the airport, Anna called for one but she did not say that other people would be joining in, it was a bus service to the airport and I almost missed my flight as the bus had to make several pick ups of other people. A taxi should be private otherwise I would have gone by bus. On arrival at the airport the bus, parked miles away from the entrance. the whole service on Anna’s part was very poor and disgraceful.
The space of the room was great, it was big enough.

NetherlandsWiFi didn’t work in the rooms. It came back min then it broke again. So impossible to talk to family. The price is a little high for the WiFi and the bed wasn’t so comfortable.
Anna was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything your advice what to do and where to go. Location was great breakfast was ok . Really nice swimming pool.

The staff make this hotel! Anna was very friendly and warm and gave us brilliant advice for how to make the most of our holiday. The breakfast was amazing they make sure there is a huge variety and everyone is full. The room was sound proof and clean. Pool was lovely. But the best part of course… the hotel cats! We plan to return to Santorini one day and we would without a doubt come here again.

United StatesThe check in process was fast and easy. The staff was very personable and friendly. Every morning the breakfast was hot and delicious. It was a 5 minute walk into Oia which was perfect. I have nothing negative to say at all about this location. I would recommend this place to anyone, and will be staying here in future trips to greece.
