The owners Paris and Athanasia are so accommodating everything I needed they supplied. Always happy and such genuine Lovley people. Great location not far from the beach a little bit further to the shops to walk, however I did not mind the walk at all.

Nothing to dislike, just sometimes the waste collectors are a little bit noisy in the morning. Maybe they could change their schedule?!? Also, if you want to buy something from supermarket, the nearest one is not too close to the property (but not too far, either).

The hotel is very good, clean, spacious (duplex) room. Great hosts, try to make your stay as good as possible. The location is just outside the town, great for families (rather quiet in the evening), close to the beaches. Everything is within 10 minutes walking distance. However, nobody can give you guarantee that the neighboring guests are perfect (we've had a little noisy family the very next room)... But, all in all, very good experience, especially our son liked the little pool after the beach. Just about every hotel should have one!

Considering the value for money, perfect hosts and the location, I am simply unable to find anything negative to say. It is a really nice place :)

Paris and his family are amazing hosts and really made me feel at home. They were so helpful and friendly towards me. The place is newly refurbished and it comes with good wifi, an espresso machine, TV, comfortable bed and pillows and a lovely balcony. I will definitely come back again :)

Nice, friendly hosts. The hotel is new and modern. You can either walk to the beach (5 minutes) or go by car. There is plenty of parking space along the shore line. We preferred the beach in straight line from the hotel (Cocus Beach). The location is very quiet but close to everything you need. I would definitely stay again in this hotel.

The room it was very clean, large and nice. This is also the best area in Paralia Katerini. Walking distance to the beach and centre. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect.

Amazing hotel for this price, about 7 minutes by walk from the beach. Very clean and big room, bathroom and balcoon. Polite hosts who make you feel like home. They even helped us when someone hit our car. Thank you very much, we can't wait to come at Four Reasons again!

Small facility with 12 apartments, quite and cozy. Very comfortable beds, possibility to inform the housekeeping when you need to. Very well organized beaches in 10 minutes walking distance. We liked Aloha beach.

The kitchen was very small, there was not even room to make a sandwich and there were few dishes. The only table was on the balcony, but it was very hot to eat in the sunshine and balconies were not private either. The trash can was not emptied. The pool usage times were incomprehensible - sometimes it was open and sometimes it was closed. In the middle of the morning, you couldn't use it at all - it was very strange. Nevertheless, I would visit this hotel again. We liked Paralia.

I liked the location - away from the city life, it was possible to park in front of the house and it was a short walk to town. Several nice beaches are within a short drive. The hotel was modern and nicely furnished, with an elevator. WiFi was excellent, swimming pool is nice.

Great new hotel aimed to satisfy the needs of modern family travel. With nothing missing from utencils and infrastructure it rates high on the satisfaction list. Owner/staff was extremelly friendly and helpful, rooms were new and very clean as wel as thecommon areas. Accessibility enhanced with additional elevator for people with limited mobility. Walking distance to the beach and meinstream beach bars.

It’s an amazing place! The stuff is very polite, friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this accommodation for everyone! The pool is clean and warm, the room was very tidy and the rooftop.. a great area to spend the evening ( and make some pictures) :) I would come back anytime here!

Everything was perfect! Clean like brand new, really comfortable, quiet and spacious. Amazing staff, lovely family, smiley and positive. The pool was a little cold , maybe because of the weather. Perfect hotel. Prices are perfect.
