It is a little small of a family for four with teenagers and I would think be a little bit tight for four adults but doable. You’re not in the room that much.

It is an amazing location right in center of town , but not noisy.. Your host is absolutely amazing and will help with anything she arrange transfer for us from the airport and to the ferry helped to make sure we got everywhere on time and even got us into the room early as we arrived very early on an extremely hot day.

Where to start?! Fotini was an exceptional host. She organised our transport from the airport and welcomed us late at night after our flight. She provided so much information on Fira and the rest of the island. The apartment could not be in a better location. It's so close to everything. Couple of minutes walk only. Modern bathroom, kitchen and bedroom, fantastic facilities. The most beautiful little courtyard out the back to enjoy a morning coffee. Highly recommended.

Very nice apartment in a great location, Fotini our host was exceptionally kind . She just made the trip so easy , ordering taxis, recommended places to see and eat , stored our luggage on arrival and gave us a late checkout ! The apartment was very clean , comfortable and had a lovely balcony . It was close to restaurants, the local bus station (which had buses for €2 all around the island ) and near all the lovely cobbled streets . Lovely places to watch the sunset too . Vineyards were a bus trip away and well with a visit for lunch !

Wish the bathroom is bigger but that is expected in this kind of location but it is still good

Location was perfect. WALKING distnaces to restautants , Fira to Oia hike and the buses goes to different areas of Santorini including the beaches no need to really rent a car and they leave on time. The host very attentive to your messages and needs. 100% will be staying here again. We have beautiful sunrise on the balcony where you can eat breakfast too.

Fotini is so nice and friendly! She takes care of us before we arrived and help to set for transfer service, the apartment is located at central of Fira, you can easily go anywhere in few mins, I would like to highly recommend here if you plan to visit Fira!

Fotini was an exceptional host! She was extremely helpful, responsive and friendly. She provided a lot of useful information and was ever ready to help to make our vacation memorable. Her apartment was homely, clean and well-equipped; which served us very well. Not to mention, the location of the apartment is also central.

The shower was quite small, but was okay for us. If you are an extra large person you may find it a bit squishy.

The apartment is in a great location, just a short walk from the shops, restaurants and the sunset views. The apartment had all the amenities required for our 3 night stay. Fotini organized pick up from the port and drop off to the airport for us. Communication was really good with Fotini and she recommended restaurants and cocktail bars for the sunset viewing. Fotini is such a great host, wish there were more like her!!!

I will recommend! This place is a gem within the town! All the things you needed are provided by the amazing host, Fotini. The little details from washing detergent, flat iron, proper socket extension. Kitchenware are available with olive oil, salt and pepper, espresso machine and capsules. The little yard is also amazing even a dry rack. Great value for money!

It was beautiful, perfect size for the three of us. Had everything we needed and loved the courtyard, such a beautiful space to enjoy outside as a family. We will definitely be back. I can’t recommend Folia Apartments enough, it’s in a great location, close to the city centre.

I knew from the pictures it would be a small apartment, but it was definitely tight at times for 4 of us. Doesn't really matter though if you are spending most of your time out exploring. I would stay there again, totally worth it for the value.

Fotini was an amazing host - she greeted us upon arrival and was there to send us off on our last day, she was such a kind and informative host. She also helped arranged transfer to the airport and ferry which made transportation super easy.The location of this property is perfect, walkable to everything. Everything was very clean. Outside balcony space was great and having a washing machine was a huge plus.

The property is located right at Fira town centre near to all that you need while on vacation. The apartment has all that you need - coffee, toiletries, fresh towels - Name it, Fotini is able to provide. I would also like to commend Fotini for being such a gracious host. She is always ready to answer all your queries - although we have very less questions during our stay. Fotini also recommended grocery stops resto etc - name it. And Finally, the apartment is just damn smelling good the whole duration of our stay! Try to stay here and you wont regret it.

The music at night could be heard but with the air conditioning on and the windows closed it was very faint. I think most people would have no problem sleeping through it.

Host was amazing! Best I've ever had. Most attentive. Most helpful. Like having a concierge at a hotel. The location was also perfect, especially for a short stay. Took less than five minutes to walk to restaurants, bus stop, sights, bakery, and everything else. The roof top patio outside was awesome also.

The location was great! It was off of the main street so it was quiet but very close to the city center for shopping, dining and incredible views! We easily walked to everything in Fira and our lovely host, Fotini, arranged transportation for us to and from the airport. It was easy to get to Oia by bus. Our host sent an extensive list of restaurants and activities to chose from and she was always available for any questions or needs. I spent mornings on the balcony and most evenings! I highly recommend the apartment. Thank you Fotini!
