Nothing that I did not like and the staff was extremely polite, always available and very kind. Though the pool of the villa / suite is to be shared with another adjacent suite. There is no room service.

The property design is gorgeous and picture on the site are accurate. Wide space, comfortable bed and bathroom. Very kind staff. Perfectly located close to bus station- in case you don’t rent a car or a quad bike.

The location is a little out of the way, but, it’s very central to the island so you can get to the bud stops easily. There’s some very local restaurants nearby and a supermarket. Thera/Fira is a 10-15min walk and there’s a major bus stop there to take you wherever you like. We recommend walking for the first two days (but we like walking… 20k plus steps), and hiring a car to then explore the extremities of the island. The car hire recommended is fine, and no complaints, but massively overpriced. For the same price in mainland Europe you’d get a brand new model, not a 1990s fiat! It was fit for purpose though :)

The charming room set in a cave like arch has everything you could think of in such a cosey, yet spacious setting. The small kitchen arrangements meant we were able to have breakfast in two of the mornings. Theres even a little iron and ironing board! The private hot tub is a really nice touch to unwind before heading out for the evening. We arrived on the week my partner’s birthday and when we turned up there was Prosecco, cake and a little gift! It was so sweet of them. Nick, our host, could not have been more helpful and made the experience really special. His attention to detail and warm personality made such a lovely welcome. Follow all of his recommendations! The restaurants he suggested were all full of local people, delicious food scaled for how much we wanted to spend each meal, and super affordable. Santorini can be very expensive so I’d really recommend listening to Nick!

The only thing we didn't notice at booking is that terrace with swimming pool is common. We were lucky and our neighbors was always outside the hotel, so it was practically only for us. Cleaning time was a bit too much for us, because while room from our neighbors was on cleaning, all the cleaning staff was at the terrace, and it took about 3 hours per room, so from 9 am to 3 pm there is no privacy at all

It was very difficult to get out to see the island, as we felt so good in our suite. Be warned - once you get in, it does not let you out easily.

What we read about Floria before coming turned out to be 100% true. It is an amazing oasis of luxury, tranquility and relax. The size of the room, the swimming pool, extremely comfortable bed, on-suite jacuzzi, the kitchen, outdoor terraces, everything makes you feel pampered. It is also very easy to get to Fira or anywhere on the island. A separate note is due to the reception and service - Dear Ladies, you are making it all even more special - thank you!

We booked for 4 adults but that meant two people had the stunning main bedroom with spa bath while the others had the living room/sofa bed which made things a little difficult. Perhaps a suite per couple would have been better suited for us however for a family it would be perfect.

The suites are absolutely gorgeous!! Every little bit of detail makes the suites stunning. The decor is amazing. We arrived to welcome drinks, bottled water and coffee pods, robes and slippers, shampoo and body lotions etc. Every morning we were brought fresh orange juice and light breakfast treats, all complimentary. Our rooms were cleaned every day to a great standard. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming and arranged our transfers to from the hotel with absolutely no issues. They also arranged a boat trip for us which was amazing and provided loads of information on the island. There are shops and restaurants near by with Fira just a 15 min walk away. It was an absolutely amazing stay.

The only downside was there was a power cut at one point due to someone charging their scooter which made us late to a dinner reservation. The temperature of the hot tub was variable and we weren’t able to use on the last night and it was so cold.

The space & decor were amazing. Staff were so friendly and went above and beyond. Breakfast well worth the price too. Lots of added extras we weren’t expecting like netflix on the tv, nespresso machine etc

Our whole experience in Floria Suites was truly amazing! Everything was just perfect, the property, the location and the staff, especially Fotini, she was helping us with everything and made our stay in Santorini rememberable! She organised both the pick up from the airport and the drop off to the port. During the stay she gave us lots of advices on where to go, how to get there and what to see. My husband had his birthday while we were in Floria Suites and they have organised an amazing birthday breakfast for him, even with a small birthday cake! Thank you so much to everyone how contributed to his brilliant start of his special day! The property is sparkling clean, with very comfortable beds and air conditioning. Very quite location, so we had really good sleep every night. I can highly recommended Floria to everyone who would like to visit Santorini! Thanks to all the staff at Floria 🥰❤️

Absolutely nothing!

The location is perfect. It is in a quiet area and off the beaten track, yet quickly and easily accessible to everywhere. We hired a quad to get around and found this safe, easy and convenient. The accommodation looks amazing in the photos but in reality is somehow even better and quite honestly was beyond our expectations. They have thought of every detail for your stay and it is furnished to a very high standard. It was cleaned daily, again to a very high standard and Ms Poppy was an absolute delight to wake up to each day. The team there are the most welcoming hosts and actually made the holiday for us. Nothing was too much trouble, helping us to celebrate our anniversary, advising us of places to go, how to get there etc. Even making the pool warm for us knowing we would probably not like it too cold! This was only a 4 night break but we will absolutely be returning and hopefully for longer next time. Words cant express what a fantastic place this is and the team who run it treat you like family. Would be giving 11/10 if I could!

This place is heaven! Tucked away in a peaceful spot, yet you are only a 10-15 minute walk from Fira, it is a great location. The whole place is absolutely beautiful, it was incredibly clean and well kept; the lovely poppy came to clean our room every day and brought us tea and cake as well. The place was exactly as it looked in the pictures, except the bedroom and spa bath looked even better in real life! We had the breakfast whilst we were there and that was so delicious and they bring it all to wherever you want to eat. Our host fontini was so so sweet and super helpful, no matter when I contacted her night or day she was quick respond and always so helpful. Both Fontini and Poppy made our stay really special. We also received several complimentary gifts from Floria Suites whilst we were there which was so kind and sweet of them and they were beautiful gifts! Honestly couldn’t fault it - they do everything to your like and if you need anything they will attend to your needs. GO THERE IT AMAZING and you won’t regret it!!

It was our anniversary and my birthday, she prepared a table with champagne, wine, cupcakes and candles, seriously so thoughtful! days before our check in she sent a list a nice and close places to go, and also where to park! I can not recommend enough this place! and I already told my family, next year we all go and we will book the entire place!

Nothing - everything was exceptional.

Honestly, don’t know where to start with how INCREDIBLE this place was. The host (Ms Fotini), the owner and the cleaner were all just so lovely and friendly. The suites are fantastic, spacious and very private. We really enjoyed how quiet they were and we’ve left feeling extremely relaxed. The treats left for us every few days were a nice touch and I couldn’t recommend Floria Suites highly enough. The pool / indoor plunge pool we’re amazing. We can’t wait to return!
