The owner was very friendly and reachable. The rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh sheets were provided. The place is nestled in Karterados which is quite close to Fira so if you want an affordable option but also close to the centre of Santorini then this is the place for you.

Super convenient location, only a 20 minute walk to the hotel from santorini and the area is so safe there was no fear for me and my friend as two young women walking back at 3AM. The owner is so so lovely and was very helpful in arranging the transfer to the port even though we were a bit difficult in asking to modify and change times.

The staff working there were extremely nice and helpful. The room was well prepared, clean, and welcoming. The location was nice - in a charming little town 30min walking disrance from Fira - main area. There was a little grocery store and a few cafes/local restaurants 5min away from the hotel. Bus stop was 9min away and you could get to pretty much anywhere needed easily. They were very kind to offer me an earlier check-in at a time, which I appreciated since I had to spend the night before at the airport and without sleep. They printed for me bus schedules and gave instructions on how / where best to be. Overall, it was a great experience.

I fly frequently to Santorini for work and stay at this family run hotel regularly. It has all the conditions. Excellent central location and only 5 minutes from Fira. Quiet place in the suburbs of Karterados with its own parking, attentive and very friendly owner. In the walking zone lots of taverns and cafes! Everything is very convenient for me! I am always satisfied with the time spent in this cozy place! Definitely recommend it! And will always come back there!

Unfortunately, like in so many European hotels, you can hear everything from the neighbors' room. I got unlucky and had neighbors who talked until 2 am when I had to tell them to be considerate of other guests. If possible, in such Hotels, a room should always be left empty between guests.

Nice traditional hotel, I have rarely seen such a clean place! Staff was very kind and little attentions for the clients have made the guests feel even more welcome. Thank you again. My apartment had everything I needed in it, fridge, kettle, water provided as tap water not drinkable on the island.

Some people were complaining about the wifi and I found out that when it does not work sometimes you need to forget the wifi connection on your phone and then connect again with the password and that should fix it. No other complaints!

Everything, we had a great experience at Floralia. The room is large the pillows and mattress comfortable were comfortable for us. There was daily housekeeping and our every need was met by Flora. The location is great quiet and the view is pretty. Most of the times we walked to Fira instead of waiting for the bus, the walk is about 30 minutes or so to Fira, a bit steep while getting out of Kartherados but it is manageable if you are used to walking. The Kartherados bus station is about 10-12 minutes away from the estate, great stop for people that also want to visit Akrotiri and Perissa. We really recommend at least 1 full day at the Perissa beach. There is also a supermarket near the Kartherados bus station where you can do your shopping, and also a few small ones on the way to the estate We really recommend this booking option while visiting Santorini as it is very clean and welcoming. Staff is amazing, very kind and available at any time. Flora also printed out our flight tickets at no charge! There are also lots of cats nearby. Very friendly and hot dog enjoyers, we fed them a bit, very chonky cats btw. Highly recommend! :)

Fantastic location in a quiet village 25 min walk to Fira. Great communication and help with organising our transfers from the airport and to the port. Close to shops, bakeries and cafes and bus stop nearby too.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They arranged us an early checkin and also kept our bags since we had a late flight. Also they let us use the washroom after checked out even as we came from the beach directly to collect our bags.

Excellent option in the center of Karterados town, quiet hotel with private parking. Nearby taverns and cafes are all within a 3-5 minute walk. It also takes 5-7 minutes to get to Fira by car.

Good location, close enough but just far away enough away from the busy areas which was perfect. Parking was easy as well which is a big positive in santorini. The apartment was very clean, Flora was such a lovely host as well. Very reasonable price and would highly recommended if your looking for somewhere clean and nice to stay for a good price.
