The bathroom is a bit dated but very clean. The kettle needs replacing as it keeps boiling and won't stop itself

I got a room at the corner so got two balcony which made the apartment very airy which I love the most. The apartment was nice and clean and also spacious even for two people. A very nice touch with a bottle of water, a small bottle of wine I think (although I didn't try), tea bags, instant coffee and toast with jam. Staff also replied my message very quickly and very polite and always have someone at the reception. I left my luggage early in the morning before checking and left my bag for sometime after check in which was not a problem at all. I would definitely come back again.

Floralia were really accommodating as we had a late flight and didn’t arrive until 00:30am. Room was clean, staff were really friendly and carried our bags up the stairs. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

When I made the reservation on Booking I did not had high expectations from the accommodation, as the purpose of the trip was to visit Santorini. But, what I can say... the accommodationat Floralia exceeded my expectations! The location is approximately 10 minutes walk from Karterados bus station and you can walk up to 20 minutes to Fira. The location seems to be recently renovated, is clean, airy, spacious. For me, it seems that the the room pictures from Bookking do not necessarily represent the reality, because the rooms iin real life they are & look much better. I booked 2 rooms, and one of them had a very large balcony, the view was beautiful. Our rooms had a mini kitchen and we received wine, candy, butter and bread from the host. The rooms really had facilities, such as air conditioning, which could be set to give either cold or warm air. Every day our rooms were cleaned and the staff changed our towels. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Flora, who is a very nice, friendly & helpful lady ! Shee also gave us a goodbye gift and helped us with the transfer to the airport. We were surprised by her hospitality and this accommodation exceeded our expectations. Definitely we recommend it!

Everything was perfect. The room, or rather the apartment because it was so spacious, was clean and beautifully decorated. I could see the sea from my bed! The mattress was hard, and my back loved it. There was a balcony with the view where I had my breakfast. The kitchenette had a fridge, a kettle and plates and cutlery. There was plenty of hot water in the bathroom. A big supermarket and a bus stop are at 5 minutes walk distance. The place is quiet and less touristic than downtown tourist circus of Fira.

The host Flora, she is amazing! Some wine, sweets and breakfast stuff was there for me, two side ls balcony so early morning sun and evening sun on the other side. So so nice. Tip: bring some cat snacks to treat the friendly cats in the neighbourhood.

The location is very quiet yet close to Fira. Public transport available. Large spacious rooms. Wi-Fi is of super quality which is seldom for Santorini. Staff as always very hospitable. It's my 6th year when I stay at this property, highly reccommended!

It would've been nice if the telly had some non-Greek channels. This is a minor complaint though, the wi-fi is great so could access English stuff that way. Also, the telly has a USB port so could play my shows that way!

Extremely friendly staff, very good contact before (we were changing arrival time 2 times, one ferry cancelled, second delayed), during and after stay. We could leave our luggage after check out till evening. Walking distance to Fira and bus stop.

Staff very helpful, smiling and kind. The place was very Nice and quiet. And even if the village is small, you are close to Pyrgos and Thira if you want to go there and that’s very comme. So Highly recommended if you want to stay in this area!

Really clean and spacious accommodation. We got a good night’s sleep in the air-conditioned bedroom. There is everything you need, utensils, kettle, refrigerator. Tea, coffee, crispy bread and butter, and jam are available. We also got to taste the local wine. Very good.
