The body wash, shampoo & the coffee, the coffee box is empty and the coffee machine has still water, maybe from the previous guest. I've been to many hotels and even worked in hospitality industry, we really drain and clean the coffee machine.

Great location but at the same time it’s loud until bars and clubs close so just depends if you want to stay out and party but have your hotel within a few steps or go to bed early - on which case bring earplugs

Toilet seat not attached to the toilet, a serious injury could occur, doesn't bear thinking about. The bathroom floor is extremely slippery. There is a kettle but no cups or tea and coffee. I'm not sure what kettle is for. Also, a sign stating that if you put make-up on the towels, you will be charged for new ones. No one at reception, never saw anyone during our stay.

The property was very clean and located close to the bus station.

The location isn’t next to the road so have to carry the case to the location which had a slight incline.

If you are travelling with a lot of luggage, then climbing all those stairs would not be easy.

Just a basic room with a double bed and 2 simple beds for 4 friends. A tv that didn’t broadcast channels and a toilet with dozens of small flies and grats.. and one tiny shampoo and babble bath for four people…

In the centre of the city, 5’ away from the central bus station, ideal for 1-2 nights -if you plan to spend the entire day on the island and you need a room just for sleeping.

Was SO LOUD until 4am. Tiny room for 4 people, could hardly move. Bags beeded to be stacked as they couldn't fit. The drain in bathroom was blocked so all the water was rising up and flooding bathroom. Staff were on to this quickly and fixed the issue.

Location was in the heart of clubs, bars and restaurants, not ideal for us as a family but perfect for young people. Staff were polite and attentive. They allowed us to leave our baggage in a storeroom upon early arrival. Thank you

Noise level is a bit high as you are in the centre of Fira. I would recommend having earplugs or the hotel to provide some.

Price is very very reasonable and it was clean. Walking distance to many great restaurants etc.

Below there is restaurant and because of this the room smells. Also the surrounding noise is too much.

The location is too close to night clubs thus there is a lot of noise during the night.

Service like changing Bedsheets and towels and providing toiletries is not great Cleaning the room is ok. Changing wet clothes and towels is not happened in 3 days. Many bars are near by little bit sound around even in mid night

I liked the location of the Hotel it is very much in center of the Fira and everything is walkable distance. Supermarkets and Restaurants are very near by. Pleasant view from room and outside.

Cleaning is sub par. Bathroom is tiny. No staff for help. I would suggest to look for alternative.

Location is amazing! Center of Fira, so many things to do around the hotel. Rooms are okay.
