Not so much a dislike but outside the villa looks a bit barren but don’t worry the minute you step inside the gates it’s lovely.

Property was spotless and had great facilities. 5 mins away from beach, bars, restaurants and the bus stop if you want to access anywhere else on the island. Host was welcoming and very helpful in recommending trips and days out, restaurants, transfers and transports. Breakfast served to the villa each morning was fresh and huge!

Absolutely stunning and luxurious villa in Santorini! We were so close to the beaches in Perissa it was wonderful. Having visited most of the island during our holiday, this was by far the best location to be in. The villa was of exceptional high quality, with impressive features, fixtures and fittings. The pool was amazing and heated. The decoration and styling was very high with great attention to detail. Lovely, functional kitchen with luxury bathroom. Impressed the windows and doors were sound proofed too. The Villa was so very comfortable, with lovely beds and excellent AC. Daily housekeeping was fantastic with fresh towels and cleaned so very well. The pool was maintained regularly too which was wonderful. Our morning breakfasts were out of this world! So much food with a platter of at least 6 fresh fruits, Greek yoghurt, pastries, a selection of toasts, freshly squeezed orange juice and a hot breakfast of eggs which were cooked different ways each day (one day scrambled, poached, fried) all served with delicious fresh salad and tomatoes. Truly amazing service and delivered to the second at 9am when we had requested breakfast. The attention to detail and service was simply the best. Nothing was too much trouble and Argyris was an incredible host! So helpful, kind, gave spot on and helpful advice. He was wonderful and booked the most amazing island cruise for us where we visited the volcano, swam in the sea and minerals, had a fabulous meal on board and watched the sunset over the sea near Oia. We had the most relaxing holiday and much needed as was our first holiday abroad due 4 years. It was the perfect place to stay, away from hotels and we had time and space to properly relax. This property was amazing but the staff were exceptional! Argyris, the owner and team went above and beyond made the whole experience the best service we have ever had! Even after leaving Argyris organised a restaurant booking and activities in Mykonos where they took care of us thanks to him ! The whole team was simply exceptional and really made our stay in Santorini a dream. We will definitely return with the whole family!

We loved anything!

We loved the Villa, perfect location which is 5minutes walking from the beach, the scene, the beautiful layout,the breakfast ,the clean environment, and most especially the amazing customer service. Argyris the owner is a true expert of hospitality!The staff were helpful before we arrived, upon arrival, and during our stay. Support was always one WhatsApp message away. Everything here was absolutely 1st Class. From the moment we arrived our host (Argy) was present to explain everything and to welcome us with a full complementary fridge, which was such a nice touch. From the minute we opened the door there was a smell of freshness and cleanliness everywhere and the pride Argy takes in the place was obvious. He was contactable by phone for anything we needed and made us feel very welcome. The facilities were first class. Our children absolutely loved the heated pool and we felt very safe there. The location was brilliant. Literally 5min walk to the best beach in Santorini with a 1min walk to a supermarket where we could get fresh rolls/bread for our lunch every day. Breakfast was served every morning at a time that suited us and it was simply superb. It was exactly like we saw in the photographs and all food was freshly prepared. It was all the little touches e.g. toothbrushes/toothpaste/coffee pods/iron/hairdryer/microwave that made our stay so comfortable. This Villa is newly built and so well maintained.. Argy should be very proud of what he has achieved here and we could not have been more pleased or recommend it more highly. Good luck for the rest of the season.

10/10 stay. Thank you. Argy was an outstanding host. Following a late arrival he gave us an overview of the island, a map and suggestions on places to eat/drink. A fantastic free mini bar, a welcome present of Greek red wine which was lovely, fresh breakfast slightly different everyday and you could ask for at a specific time. Robes and slippers were provided and were a welcome addition. We received fresh towels everyday and shower gel/shampoo & conditioner. We texted each day when were ready for maid and she appeared instantly and discretely. The pool was a fantastic addition and we choose to sit around it sunbathing most days. The door could be locked for extra privacy. Argy even left us a birthday gift of fizzy wine on our last night which was another lovely, thoughtful touch. Nothing was too much trouble. Argy was always available. The service was outstanding. We didn’t use the upstairs bedroom as there were only two of us.

It was immaculate and supplied clean towels every day, towels for the pool area, bath robe and slippers. Breakfast was served every morning and you could choose a time that suited you. The host was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, helpful in giving information of the local restaurants and areas to visit. The villa had everything comfortable beds, pillows, kettle, microwave, teapot, coffee maker, TV’s in every room. Brilliant shower with soap and shower gel supplied. Trendy decor. Fabulous! We couldn’t fault it.

Very friendly, helpful and professional host. Argyris made the stay really pleasant and were always really helpful when we needed something. There are various activities that you can book through the Owner in the best prices. The airport pickup and drop off service was also top notch. You're walking distance away from the black beaches.The outdoor heated pool was the highlight of our stay and the quality of the breakfast ,which served daily in our Villa, was top!! Very big and clean rooms and the kitchen was fully equipped and we try to cook even Greek recipes that our great host (Argiris) teached us . Our host Argyris is the best !!!!! He checked us in and spend a lot of time to explain us everything about Perissa and Santorini generally. He recomend us an amazing boat trip for our honey moon and he was a great host !!!! The villa is amazing .. new and fully equipped . The breakfast was amazing and it was served on our villa . Also we had a kitchen to cook and our minibar was full and for free !!!! it was just amazing starting of our day ! Highly recomended if you visit santorini !

It was our third time in Santorini and the lucky one! Everything in Filoxenia Luxury villas was really unbelievable! The location of the complex it’s Ideal for relaxing ,5 minutes from the black beach! The Villa has really everything you may need and the design it’s really perfect and luxury! The Villa it’s big enough even for 5 people and so comfortable. We really loved and enjoyed the sun in our private pool! Breakfast was delicious with many options for every taste. But the highlight of our stay was Argyris, the owner! Argy it’s one of kind,he was always there to make our wish come true!!! We will visit you again next season for sure!

Everything was amazing it’s a must stay

The villas we stayed at looked amazing and very luxurious. He made us feel so special and made our whole holiday very enjoyable . He was a wonderful host, very polite and well spoken . Also, extremely helpful as he helped us organise activities and transport aswell as maintaining a luxurious experience for us at the villa. Everything we needed was there and the location of the villa was perfect as we were within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the beach. Our host managed to get us transport to where we wanted to go and it was very helpful as we were a large group. It saved us from spending a lot more money on taxis.

WE LOVED IT ALL . THANK YOU ARGY, YOU ARE A STAR!

Our host was there to meet us at the villa, to give instructions on breakfast, keys etc. He also contacted by whatsapp before arrival, though was happy to take phone calls whenever required before and throughout out stay. Excellent breakfast brought to the villa in the morning, both cooked and continental. Cleaner came daily, and would change sheets or towels if required before the normal change within week. The villa was super clean, and there was a private small pool which became a hydro pool when required outside the villa. Gate could lock for extra privacy. The two bedrooms in our villa were superb, and contemporary. The bathroom was laid out beautifully and always kept clean too. All things required which was needed, yet, if there was something extra required which is probably needed, the host would get it if he could. Not much in way of views at the villas, though only a short walk to the beach or a ride by car or bus to the super places on the island. The island is absolutely beautiful and some really stunning places to visit, and there is plenty of places to visit. Definitely more for adults than children on the sight seeing aspect, but I believe there is a water park (though, not having children not absolutely sure of this, so may be best to find out). It is a very romantic place. Oia is amazing, though, obviously more expensive.... though the west side of the island offers better views of the sunset. Perissa beach is sandy, and the black sandy beach looks amazing. Free sunbeds and chairs in most places, and usually there is a sign to say to say they are free, but many belong to bars so they do expect you to buy a least one drink, but not pushy once settled on the sun beds and you don't have to buy! Food prices vary. The Villas are very new, but if there is something you may think could be added, the host will gladly listen to ideas. Finally, it was my husbands 60th Birthday, and the host was kind to acknowledge this.
