We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hungarywe got the room the farest part of the place from the main buildings. the apartment was 2 level which is so unconfortable because the bathroom is on the first level and the bed is on the top. the stairs is so dangerous between the levels. the restaurant is so dirty, the coffee unqualified because the machines are so old and dirty too. the fruits are rotten. so unfortunatelly it is not a 5* quality. non of the restaurant should allow this quality and dirt.

GreeceBehavior of the person in charge was totally unprofessional. We had booked a suite for 9 adults. We were 8 adults and 4 kids/babies. We had their oral confirmation by phone (which they disputed) and never got their official reply in our inquiry email (again disputed that they never received it) that our booking was ok, and when we arrived they asked for a surcharge of 120€. Their approach was insulting and when I had to raise my voice, they even threatened to call the police. Shame...
Very nice suite with private pool, appropriate for families. Good food and all inclusive package and overall a very good premise.

GreeceI am celiac, so I have a diet without gluten. Before I make the reservation I made sure to come in contact with the hotel to ascertain that they will be able to support me. They confirmed and I booked a room three weeks before my travel dates. They also informed me that upon check in I will have a meeting with the chef, something that I really appreciated. When we got there I did not meet the chef, with the recommendation of the Reception not to eat anything before I make sure it is safe for me. I went to the restaurant, the head of the waiters was in black of the precaution of a gluten free diet, while the chef told me that I did not inform him ahead. The truth is that I informed 3 weeks before my travel dates the reception. (If I was requested to come in contact with the staff of the hotel at the time of my booking, I would have done so.) On the first dinner I was left with simple pasta boiled in water (nothing else as supplement), on a 5 star hotel for a booking that I paid in full price! The head of the waiters at the end of the dinner came to ask if we enjoyed our time and food. I expressed my disappointment and my will to leave the next day. However, he cared and took notes on what I can eat and how it should be cooked. Thus, Mr. Kostas and Mrs Antonia were the persons that made our stay worth at this hotel. The next morning they provided me with some gluten free products and I had constantly their care, so I thank them. Apart from the above, the cleanliness of the common use toilets was unbearable; the room smelt humidity and there was no signal on the phones -both wifi/4G and regular (however we did not ask to change it). In addition the surrounding areas of the pools were always full of glasses and plates. They were collecting them early at the morning. Apart from the cost we had to pay, certainly this was not a 5 star hotel experience. Definitely will not return.
The room was very comfortable and big, as well as the mattress and the pillows. The bathroom was very big. Good quality and portion of amenities at the room. Clean pools. The majority of the staff was polite. Regular bus routes to the beach.

United Kingdomonly thing I picked on was the treadmill in the Gym needed maintenance as it was jumpy and not running smoothly which I couldn’t use, otherwise everything was excellent.
the staff were absolutely amazing, every single member of staff from resort staff to kitchen chefs to bar staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, it’s been an absolute pleasure spending the week there.

We liked the location away from the beach. Free shuttle bus to Bali was good but nice to relax around the pools. Food was very tasty.if at times a little cold for our taste. But that is no reason to fault it. Great breakfast selection and really nice hand made omelette.

GreeceWonderful new modernly designed hotel! The room was very beautiful, very clean, spacious, big veranda with very nice view! The personnel is excellent! All employees are very kind and willing to help you! Mrs Regina, the receptionist, is very polite, helpful and tries to do the best possible from her heart! Nice and unlimited drinks are included in all inclusive package! The reastaurant is wonderful and the food is delicious!! The restaurant manager, Mr Kostas, is one of a kind in his job! Probably the most spherically qualified restaurant manager I have met. Many congratulations to the hotel management for hiring excellent employees! We will definatelly visit again this hotel! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
