As we reached at the parking which was about 5 mins to the fava eco suites and from there the staff took some luggage to the hotel and 2 bags was to be taken by myself and was tough to reach there as the child was also with us of 3 years old,but the staff told I can only help you with 3 bags. And the Harris the great guy to help on anything. We had booked honeymoon suite with sea view and the Harris told us that he had upgraded to grand suite which did not have sea view at all ,it's just too far for sea view. No Air con in room but there were 2 air con in living room ,of which 1 was not working and the 1 which was working , was about 40-50 feet from my bed. We informed the Harris about we don't need an upgrade kindly allot us the same honeymoon suite which we booked with the sea view, but he informed this is what we have and we upgraded for you and it's the most expensive roon in santorini. And the water from the kitchen and hot tub was leaking from the open area to the outside. Unfortunately not a place to stay.

We had some technical issue that the host managed to fix immediately.

The host was great. He helped us with the taxi, the baggage and the accommodation itself. We asked for some suggestion on restaurants and his advice was excellent. The structure is clean, well positioned and has a great sightseeing, a bit outside Santorini'S chaotic experience

The location is very close to Oia and to some very good Tavernas and a mini market. The Suite was very comfortable, and fresh without the need of air conditioning. Jacuzzi is very clean and super relaxing. Personnel is helpful and very friendly. I strongly recommend.

Quite expensive place when there is no special offer and you never know which room you book thus there might be dissapointment when you get the key and there is no view you saw in pictures on booking.

Very good location out of the crowd and pretty close to the main attractions of Oia and 10 steps from delicious restaurants. Breakfasts are correct but would be good to improve the quality of products-ask what they serve and agree the set the day before for better satisfactio-they are open for that. Yes, the water in the jacuzzi i cold but that's ok when there is hot outside. Friendly staff.

The steps leading up the the property may be challenging for some but well worth it when up there. The staff also help with the luggage so really helpful!

The view was excellent. We had sunsets from the jetted tub. Room was comfy and breakfast ample. Staff were fantastic and very helpful always smiling especially Haaris. Thanks for a great stay

Parking a little far from villas if hiring a car but nothing to worry about everything else was perfect

Location of the suites are perfect we arrived quite late and Harris upgraded us to the honeymoon suite which overlooked the sea and had a idyllic sunset, very clean and spacious and very private. Breakfast was lovely and was delivered every morning to the room. 3 lovely restaurants nearby very romantic

We had the most amazing time at Fava Eco suites. Breakfast was included which was a surprise to us and delivered to our suite at our desired time to eat whilst looking out at the ocean with a couple little cat friends in tow. Bed super comfy, shutters make the room completely dark for a great sleep. 20-25 min walk into the centre of Oia. Close to lovely restaurants for a great sunset view. The staff were lovely and very helpful always at your disposable. Would recommend!!

Sadly the Master suite we had did not have a view unless you were sitting up on a ledge to the side of the tub. The distance from Oia - if you are wanting to enjoy the sunsets, restaurants, views and vibe of Oia, the 15 minute walk to and from Oia needs to be considered.

The breakfast provided each morning is superb. Harris answered any questions we had promptly via WhatsApp text. The beds are comfortable. The restaurant Mezze Mezze, which is very close to Fava Suites, is excellent.

It's a bit far from the center, about 20 minute walking and the road is not quite easy walking on heat. The water in the jacuzzi was extremly cold, because the sun can't reach it the entire day so we couldn't use it at all.

The host was very friendly. We received breakfast on the terrace.

The breakfast wasn't anything special. It wasn't a choice. orange juice is not 100%. We expected that the host would want to know the guests' wishes in advance. (Fried egg, omelet or boiled egg, coffee or cappuccino,...etc.)

Bit challenging to find a place and need to park the car at parking lot nearby. However that’s very common in Santorini and anyway they helped to navigate & accompany us to the hotel very late at night. The only downside is rude cleaning lady not respecting privacy and “do not disturb” note.

I would recommend adding shampoo/conditioner. But in general, everything was perfect!

We arrived early in the morning but were luckily able to check in immediately. We even received a suite upgrade. The suite was beautiful and extremely clean. The staff cleaned the suite daily and replaced the towels. The view from the suite was magnificent. There are two restaurants next door that are both tasty and stylish. Each morning, we received breakfast delivered straight to our room, which was delicious and plentiful enough to keep us satisfied for the entire day. Additionally, there's a supermarket just a 5-minute walk from the suite, and it took us a maximum of 10 minutes to get to Oia. For those traveling by car, there's a huge parking area nearby, and for those using public transport, the bus station is very close.

There wasn't anything we didn't enjoy.

Beautiful view, great apartment with air con, comfy bed, seating and kitchen area. Outside was spacious with plenty of seating and enjoyable jacuzzi. Having breakfast with the views was an experience I will not forget.
