It was a windy night..

The place was amazing. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Will definitely be back. The food in the restaurant upstairs was beautiful.

The only criticism (and it is completely out of the hotel’s control) is that directly below the rooms, there is a section of stairs where the donkeys are kept- we noted often there was intense son and they were tied up without water, which was disappointing given the sheer number of stairs they were climbing daily!

Great location, incredible view, facilities were great value for money and very clean. Breakfast was wonderful as well!

This didn’t bother us, but something worth noting is that the hotel has a pathway nearby were donkeys regularly pass. There is a port at the bottom of this stair pathway were the day cruise ship visitors dock so you can hear/see them from the balcony. It was not an issue at all, the room was still very private and quiet. There are stairs to the property which was fine for us but worth being mindful for other travellers.

There was nothing I didn’t like at the property

I recommend this property to anyone planning to go to Santorini. The service was excellent, the room is always clean as they clean it every day for us and they make sure they provide clean amenities every day such as, clean towels, soaps, water and slippers. The breakfast is super delicious. The staff were all nice and friendly. Plus, the property is close to the centre of Fira and all the good shops and restaurants.

We had an amazing time at this hotel!! The view from our room was breathtaking, where you could watch the perfect sunset from the hot tub. It's located in the perfect location in Fira, right by the steps down to the old port. The rooms are nice and clean and the perfect size. Stavroula and Dimos are the best, always checking in to see how we were doing. Highly recommend!

5/5 stars! We had an unforgettable stay at Fanari Vista Suites! The location was exceptional, with breathtaking views of the caldera from our spacious room, which was cleaned daily. We loved our own private pool, and enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. Stavroula was an amazing host, always checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the 20% discount at Fanari restaurant and the kind gesture from Dimos, who prepared sandwiches for us when we missed breakfast for our early flight on the last morning. Highly recommended for an incredible Santorini experience!

The staff, reception, upstairs restaurant, breakfast. Everything. Was absolutely perfect. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. The house keeping cleaned our room so well. The breakfast every day. The recommendations and support booking services from reception. I could literally go on forever. Oh and not to mention the view. The sunset from this place was bloody incredible. I will be back

The bed wasn’t very comfortable (too firm) hence the reduced rating There is a lot of steps down to the property with suitcases was not fun, but this is expected in most areas of Santorini

Many steps to get to the property, but that is pretty much how most of Santorini is. We were very fortunate that one of the staff helped us with our luggage up and down those steps.

Clean, comfortable, wonderful private hot tub with amazing views of the caldera. Staff were friendly and attentive. Excellent service!

Everything perfect

Everything. The location, which is outstanding. The cleanliness - the size of the room - hot tub. The Reception were so helpful. The restaurant above was excellent. The hotel arranged our taxi pick up and a member of their team was there to greet us. Our cases were then taken to the hotel 5-10 minutes away. The staff were there to take us back to the taxi pick up carrying out cases (30 Euros) but well worth it. Cannot fault the hotel. Amazing breakfast too!
