This hotel was just perfect, the rooms are awesome and the view is to die for. Relaxing magical and in the same time perfect location in the middle of Fira in the middle of all excitements and yet away from all the noise, once we sat on our balcony we were able to really disconnect and enjoy the view. The room was very clean, breakfast was good it was served at our balcony which was great , excellent service specially Stavroula and Dimos they were so positive, smiley and helpful.

Nothing, but access to many areas of the town could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

There's a lot of use of one use plastics, and so environmentally not so good (but that's Greece, not just this hotel!) Otherwise everything was perfect!

The location is perfect for exploring by foot or by bus. The views are exceptional and the room was so comfortable and clean. We especially loved the breakfast every morning, brought to our room by the brilliant Dimos. Eating fresh food and staring at those views was the best way to wake up! And Stavroula also couldn't do more for us, so friendly and helpful. We loved the whole experience.

Equally commendable, Stavroula provided expert care, assisting us with car rentals, island tours, maps, and invaluable tips for our arrival. There was not one thing I did not like about the property.

The location was amazing, right above the old port. Could hear and see the donkeys going up and down. Watch cruise ships and excursion boats come and go. So quiet. The staff members we interacted with were very helpful. Superb breakfast.

Everything. The location, the presentation of the whole complex, the staff were amazing and the restaurant upstairs had great food. Demos was a gem. From carrying our bags to the property to serving breakfast on the terrace and dinner upstairs he seemed to be always there. And happy. Stavroula at the desk was so welcoming and always helpful. The apartment was serviced every day with fresh towels and dressing gowns and slippers. The breakfast was plentiful - fresh squeezed orange juice , fresh fruit yoghurt cereal eggs ( cooked any way) bread croissants jam tea coffee. We couldn’t fault this dream location.

Privacy was an issue. There was a security camera looking right above our hot tub. This was a botheration while enjoying sunset with the view.

Everything was great

The location of the property is incredible with fantastic views out to sea - The room was spacious and very well designed and it had everything that we could need . The staff were outstanding especially Stavroula who helped with my questions before I arrived and was very professional and prompt . My wife and I loved it here and we would highly recommend - As a tip book the Fanari Restaurant above the property to have dinner as the sunset it's a bucket list thing to do

The view from the fanari vista suites is surreal, waking up each morning and looking out at the view was the perfect start to the day. The delicious breakfast prepared each morning was great. Then after a long day walking steps in fira getting into the hot tub and enjoying the sunset. The rooms were spotless.. the cleaner was on the go all day constantly cleaning the floors and rooms. Location was perfect, right next to the steps for the old port and on the pathway for the walk to oia. Would highly recommend staying here the staff were so polite and helpful. A member of staff met us when we got out of our taxi and escorted us to the suites..

Amazing room with personal jacuzzi and breakfast included each morning overlooking breath taking views. In the heart of Fira making access to buses, attractions, restaurants and bars very easy. Stavroula was very helpful with recommendations and provision of services such as laundry.

This family run boutique was exceptional I wld rate it 11/10. The staff were so warm and friendly from the moment we arrived and helped us with our baggage. Thank you Stavroula and Demos and and everyone at Fanari, this was the beginning of the perfect Greek holiday. Everything was fabulous, the caldera view, the cave room and balcony, hot tub, and the restaurant was soo good we had dinner 3nights in a row and the breakfast superb. We loved it, so unique and soo lucky to have found this paradise in Fira....yassas highly recommend this hotel !
