Mario met us to show us the way to our apartments. He had 2 gentlemen with him to take care of our luggage. He was a wonderful host and was always willing to help us in any way. Beautiful apartments with amazing views. Loved Evilio Houses - I can't recommend them enough!!

The cleanliness of this property can be improved. There were blood stains on some of the sheets and Stained towels also. For the price point we expected this to not be a problem we would encounter.

The location of this property is incredible. Away from the crowds and with a spectacular terrace to watch the sunset. I would say the place is bigger than what the photos show which is a pleasant surprise. The host was great with communication and assisted us in carrying out bags to and from the accomodation.

The communication was exceptional. Transport was arranged from airport. Two fabulous (strong) men Albert and Mario met us immediately and carried our bags to our room. Outstanding service.

The property is on the quiet side to oia. And it is close to everything. It also the best spot to watch Sunset. The people who managed the property are also helpful

Fantastic location, not only for the sunsets and the old windmill view, but in a very quiet area in the morning and night. Very few crowds pass through outside of the sunset. Beautiful property. Large private balcony. Very comfortable main bedroom that is pitch black at night. Small, simple kitchenette with all the important amenities. Very nice bathroom. The staff were amazing. I had an issue with TV ( I know why would you watch tv here - the news) and texted to see if someone could text be back the instructions. A guy knocked on the door 5 minutes later and showed me. Wow. Carried our bags to the property and to the taxi when we left. Excellent experience.

The beds are very firm and uncomfortable. Interior is a bit tired and outdated.

Communication and responsiveness with Emilio houses was exceptional. Transportation was arranged for us from port and someone met us at the drop off point and carried our bags to the property and back again upon departure. Sunset view from our patio was remarkable and we couldn’t have asked for a better location, better pictures and best of all we didn’t have to fight the crowds.

The taps and showers initially didn't have any water coming out. However, this was fixed by the owners.

Location was magical. You can see a beautiful sunset in the privacy of your terrace.

Little far from the central area

We can see amazing sunset from the house. sunset time was very crowded near the accomodation because around accomodation is sunset point. but we are no stress because we could see sunset from the property.

The access to the room was about 500 mtrs from the car park area through a cobbled pathway and this was tough on the luggage wheels. For the return journey the owner provided a cart with rubber wheels which was very useful

. The sunset view from the room was the best compared to any spot of Ioia. We had a perfect private viewing space for the beautiful sunset

No pool/spa but I knew that when I booked and better pillows

Great communication with staff re arranging our transfers to and from the port and huge appreciation for Mario and the other guy who carried our big suitcases to and from the drop off point up and down lots of stairs to and from the house. The location is excellent and view is absolutely spectacular particularly at sunset. There’s also an ATM directly opposite the front gate, a mini mart for any supplies 2 doors away and a public pool about 30mt past the windmill which costs 10eu per sunbed plus 10eu spend at the bar/cafe, not to mention great little shops and bars close by.

The sunset view from the house was one of the best in Santorini! We got to watch the sunset from our own private corner without having to fight with the crowds on the streets, and some people even pointed to us probably to express interest in a future stay here. The staff were also really great. Mario and the other guy (sorry, didn't get your name) were very prompt in attending to our various needs, and also thank you for helping us carry our luggage all the way up and down! The apartment itself was also very nice. We had a whole house to ourselves, and it was really well-maintained by the staff.

Mario was a fantastic host who offered a number of great suggestions and was very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was very clean and well looked after in a great spot to see the sunset by the windmill. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

We loved it all !

One of the most picturesque properties we have ever stayed in, the location at the edge of Oia meant it was quieter and THE BEST views from our rooftop terrace for the sunset and sunrise you could ever imagine ! The bougainvillaea set against the white and blue doors made us feel like we were staying in an absolute gem ! Thank you so much x the inside was super cute

Everything is outstanding here.

The place is fantastic. Evilio Houses sent a representative to meet us at the Post Office, a gathering place near the location in OIA. He helped us with directions, bags, and recommendations. He was always available via WhatsApp and booked the Catamaran tour for us — which I highly recommend. The house is large and faces the sunset. While people fight for a place on parapets, you will manage to see Santorini's sunset from your balcony, luckily having a delicious greek white wine.

It could’ve been cleaner.

The location was perfect with great sunset views. It was very spacious and the staff was amazing. They carried our luggage to and from the property for us and were very friendly and accommodating.

The location is fantastic! So close to the buzzy part of the old town but so quiet with an incredible view from the terrace, which was perfect for sunset. Great home, far bigger than we thought. Lovely helpful host too!

bathroom was quite small and cramped for 4 people. 1 toilet. Also the cleanliness could have been better - the loft bedroom seemed unvacuumed and the bathroom shower base could do with a good scrub.

great traditional Greek house, so pretty that others kept taking photos of it! was at sunset end of Oia and had a great big terrace on top that had the best sunset views meaning you didn’t have to que up with hundreds of others. surrounded by cafes and restaurants and minutes walk to Main Street. great public pool/resort right behind us with 10 euro lounge hire and a full bar/cafe. The owner provided two guys to help get our luggage to the room as no direct access by car. thank goodness as there were a lot of steps. overall a beautiful property and whilst no view of the caldera it was in a great location with gorgeous views from multiple terraces
