It definitely wasn’t a problem for us, but it is slightly away from the centre and you need to walk uphill to go to town. But the privacy is worth it!

We had such a great stay, everything was perfect! Eva is so helpful and provided such amazing hospitality! Our room was spacious, very clean, we had a lovely balcony with amazing view. We enjoyed our days by the pool as well - great view, quiet area and so it felt very private. Overall, can definitely recommend

When we checked in all the rooms with the sea view were occupied, but the room we got was still very good. But in a day the room with the sea view was free and the host offered us to move there.

Our room was very clean, comfortable, spacious and had a very nice view. The host was super responsive and gave us excellent advice on sights in Santorini.

The tap water smelled of salts and sulphur .

Very clean and well furnished place . Walking distance to heart of Santorini . We had car so it was easy to move around . Eva is a great warm welcoming person . She guided us about places of interest at Santorini . She waited for us to check in late . Calm place away from all the noise of centre . We had an Amazing stay . Swimming pool is lovely and enjoyed sitting in surrounding area too .

Be aware the 10 min walk into town is uphill so for some this might be an issue.

The room, bathroom and balcony were all a good size. Clean, fresh, airy. Fridge, aircon and fabulous infinity pool area. The location is quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the busy town. 10 mins walk into town, 15 min walk to bus station, 20 min walk to top of steps down to the Old Port and a bit further to the cable car. Lovely hotel.

First of all Eva was an amazing host - so warm and welcoming, helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and so clean, lovely pool area and rooms. We loved how peaceful the hotel was a short walk from Fira town centre but with a mini market next door to grab necessities.

The only downside was the steep 12 minute walk into Fira! As 'seniors' it could be a struggle especially during the heat of the day! But there is nothing Eva could do about that - and part of the charm of the place is that it is peaceful and away from the busy centre of Fira. Because there is nowhere nearby to get a snack/breakfast it would be good if the property served breakfasts or poolside snacks.

Eva and her family were lovely and very welcoming. We had requested an early check in and the room was ready for us, clean and spacious with lovely fluffy towels and towels also provided for the swimming pool. The pool was delightful, a real suntrap and everything about it was immaculately clean, great for a refreshing dip after a day of sightseeing.

The location is a 10 minute walk from Fira. It is not too bad but it is uphill so can be difficult in the heat. The bed could be softer.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, the room was very nice and clean and the bathroom is very modern. The staff were able to book transfers to the port for us which was very helpful.

Had a great time at Eva’s house. The location is great, 10/15 min walk to Fira (yes it’s uphill and can be tough in the heat but we did it twice a day! The hotel is lovely and clean, for a budget hotel in Santorini you can’t go wrong. On arrival Eva showed us a map of places to visit and couldn’t be more helpful. We were provided with a cocktail whilst by the pool most days. On our last day we had a very late flight but checked out at 11, Eva brought us drinks throughout the day and allowed us to store our luggage and chill out by the pool all day. Will definitely be recommending to friends thank you Eva & family! X

The one and only tiny dislike was the hill you have to walk up to get into Fira from the hotel. However, it is Santorini so you should expect hills!

Accommodation was gorgeous and everything felt fresh and new. Bed was spacious and super comfortable. Great location as it’s only 5/10 minute walk away from central Fira where there are loads of restaurants and shops. The staff were always super helpful, friendly and smiley. The pool and small chill out area was beautiful! We were the only people at the pool on some occasions which was really nice. Pool also had a great view! Would highly recommend this property if you’re looking to stay in Fira.

It might be slightly tough for some people to go to the city centre by walk during the day due to the heat as there is a long slope (although slopes are everywhere in Fira as it is on the cliff), but considering the prices and the amazing services, I would definitely consider this place again for my next visit!

Great access -10 minutes to the airport by taxi -10 minutes to the local bus station by walk -10 minutes to the city centre of Fira -Less than 10 minutes by walk to the supermarket open until late night. -10 minutes to the bakery open 24/7 which serves the best traditional Greek pastries in Fira. Room and swimming pool is super clean. The owner, Eva is also very kind and helpful.
