We love everything about Eternity Suites Santorini, from the location, staffs. We highly recommend this place and would really love to be back and stay in this suite.

There is no door between the room & the bathroom The WC & The shower are two separate areas separated by a wash basin & the whole room in between If you have to access the Bathroom, you will wake up everyone in the room with the lights

The location is amazing, 7-8 mins walk to the main market as well as the Fira bus station The host Markella was really kind & helpful throughout the stay and shared some amazing recommendations for restaurants, things to do around the city which we followed & loved the experience

Markella was amazing - she provided us with so much information about restaurants, where to go and what to do and was so helpful in arranging transport, laundry, etc. The room was clean, modern and fabulous. Private spa had a spectacular view! Location was perfect - far away from the crowds of Oia but super close to the heart of Fira - and a nice distance from one end of the island to the other. Cannot fault this experience. It was very hard to leave.

This suite was amazing! Great views, the jacuzzi was perfect! Markella was super easy to communicate with and very responsive. She's happy to help with booking tours, airport transfers and giving recommendations! The location is a 5 minute walk from the centre of town and surrounded by lots of great shops and restaurants. Markella also provides you with complimentary tea, coffee and water Highly recommend.

The suite was beautiful and its location was convenient being close to many of the attractions and restaurants in Fira.

We had an unforgettable stay at the Eternity Suite in Fira and we cannot thank the staff enough for making our experience so wonderful. Markella, in particular went above and beyond to make us feel at home. When our daughter fell ill just before checkout, she arranged transportation to the doctor and kindly extended our checkout time to ease the situation. Throughout our stay she always checked on us to see if we needed anything, ensuring we were comfortable at all times. The suite itself was beautiful and in the best location, but it was the thoughtful and personalized service that truly made this trip special. We highly recommend Eternity Suite and deeply appreciate Markella’s kindness.

My husband and I traveled to Santorini to celebrate our wedding. This hotel was the best choice. It is located right in the center, extremely close to all the amenities such as the best restaurants, nightclubs, etc. Markella, the manager, was the best person in offering us all the support during our stay. She was responsible for making all the reservations, including tours, transfers, restaurants, etc. Without a doubt, we recommend this hotel without thinking twice.

Water pressure was a little low, hard to take a shower. Not sure if it was the hotel or that is just how it is in Fira.

Loved the view and the hotel itself. Location was great. Hot tub was fantastic used it every night for a couple hours. Markella was an excellent host that helped us along our trip with whatever we needed.

Too much chlorine added to the Jacuzzi, which irritated my eyes, both nights we were there. Fortunately, the chlorine vapors dissipated, and the end result was an enjoyable Jacuzzi experience.

Nice location, easy to get to the important amenities, such as markets, restaurants, shopping. Moreover, very close to look out points and views of the entire Santorini coastline. In a nutshell: excellent!

We loved everything about this suite. Markella is the best! She introuced us to the island so good, sent all details and what we could do while there. We even stayed 1 whole afternoon only at the property because it was so amazing. Worth every euro spent. Would definitely love to come back one day!

Markella was so kind and helpful upon check in. She was also very helpful providing bus routes and food/activity recommendations. The apartment is in the perfect location in Fira, just minutes away from the centre of the town. Only a 10 minute walk to the bus station. The facilities were clean and beautiful. The jacuzzi was also amazing.

The location was great, it was only 10min walk from the Square. Markela in reception really helped me with bookings n all. She had all the information for me n best spots. Really enjoyed my stay as a solo traveler lil bit of help counts.
