I really don’t have an answer for what I didn’t like other than I should have used the transport Eternity Suites offered us. I choose to use a taxi service instead and found Eternity Suites transport nicer, cheaper and friendlier. Lesson learned!

The property is only a short walk from the town center. They were extremely easy to work with and provided excellent ideas for new comers to Santorini! Very happy with property!

It was our first time ever staying in a cave suite and it was awesome. The suite was clean and spacious for our family of 5. The outdoor hot tub was heavenly. We were within walking distance of central Fira. Our hostess Rania is A+++!! When we arrived one of our kids was feeling under the weather and Rania made him homemade soup!! It fixed our child right up! We left feeling like we made a great friend for life.

Absolutely nothing

The property was in a perfect location. The hospitality and customer service was impeccable. We could not have asked for a better location. The manager Rania was the best part. She communicated with us from before we arrived, until the day we left. Always making sure we had everything we needed and wanted for nothing. She truly is the gem of the property. The accommodations were absolutely beautiful and cleaned to perfection. This truly was one of the highlights of our vacation. I would recommend this place to everyone I know and then some.

Can’t think of anything i didn’t like - While we didn't have sunset views, the stunning surroundings more than made up for it.

We tried to cool down the jacuzzi but it didn’t really work. We felt the room didn’t really cool down. However we asked for a portable fan… low and behold someone was at our door in 2minutes to give us one, amazing!

This place was exceptional!! Our host was the absolute BEST! She was so helpful, welcoming, accomodating and answered our WhatsApp questions in seconds! Walk into main town isn’t too far away either. Could not thank her enough for making it an amazing stay!

The views were incredible and the early morning sunrise was fantastic! The location is great…just a 5 minute walk to get to the caldera views and everything you need. The room was spotless and perfect for us both. We got engaged on the balcony with the room decorated. Eternity couldn’t do enough to help prepare for the proposal. Rania looks after eternity and she was the best host we could of asked for….she was so lovely and really made us feel welcome. We highly recommend staying at eternity Suites, it made our stay at Santorini unforgettable. 😊

Nothing negative it was great.

Spacious room with everything we needed which was wonderfully clean. Very short walk to the main shopping with easy paths. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming!
