The property was spotless and has good amenities . A Quick 5 minute walk into town and you are right in the centre of Thira with many restaurant choices . The host Markella went out of her way to make us welcome .

We loved everything about this suite. Markella is the best! She introuced us to the island so good, sent all details and what we could do while there. We even stayed 1 whole afternoon only at the property because it was so amazing. Worth every euro spent. Would definitely love to come back one day!

Markella was so kind and helpful upon check in. She was also very helpful providing bus routes and food/activity recommendations. The apartment is in the perfect location in Fira, just minutes away from the centre of the town. Only a 10 minute walk to the bus station. The facilities were clean and beautiful. The jacuzzi was also amazing.

The location was great, it was only 10min walk from the Square. Markela in reception really helped me with bookings n all. She had all the information for me n best spots. Really enjoyed my stay as a solo traveler lil bit of help counts.

Markella was a fantastic hotel manager. Not only was she extremely polite, kind, and provided great customer service, but she made us feel at home. She also made an effort to respond to us in a timely manner, and even through out of office hours whenever she could. Markella made our stay that much more enjoyable.

The hotel is wonderful! Everything was at the highest level. A wonderful and romantic apartment. The whole apartment smelled clean!!! Mrs. Markella Operations Manager is a very nice, wonderful, smiling, helpful and competent person. Thank you very much for everything. We will definitely come back here. And Santorini is wonderful and has been my love ever since.

Loved everything about it.

Markella our hosts was exteremely helpful and approachable. She gave us a lot of recommendation for our trip. The room was exceptional and the facility was great including the jacuzzi. Overall, i would stay there again and the kids loved it. We stayed in the Cave amazing.

If you have people who are not great with stairs or inclines, it is a little hard to navigate the area without access to a car. Luckily the staff were very accommodating to book taxis for us.

The staff were fantastic. So accommodating and helpful. The accomodation itself was a unique experience as it was in a cave setting. Loved it.

Everything was amazing. The manager Markella exceeded our expectations. We had fresh linen, towels and a clean room every day. The pool was cleaned every morning. We felt safe and very comfortable. Definitely recommend.

The location, the peace and quiet away from the busy centre and the room itself were idyllic! What made it even better was the lovely Markella, who looked after us our whole stay, giving helpful recommendations and arranging transfers for us. I would truly recommend this place to anyone!!

We booked at Eternity Suites and I must say it was the most amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, offering a serene and calm environment that made our stay incredibly relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the host went above and beyond with her care , help and attentiveness. She not only made our stay perfect but also assisted us with planning our activities, which made everything so much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel's location was unbeatable , situated close to all major attractions, supermarket and bus station . Everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the local experience without any hassle. Our stay was fantastic, with stunning surroundings, excellent service, and a prime location. It’s perfect for both a romantic getaway or a trip with friends.
