Exactly like the pictures! We were welcomed with so many useful recommendations, welcome cocktails, and the hotel staff facilitated our rides with drivers. The breakfast each morning is HUGE with plenty of options to enjoy! Very kind and the staff made us feel right at home. We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend!!

There is nothing that the hotel could improve on really. The one thing that we were not very happy with was the "perilous" as my kid called it path from the hotel to the city center. Now, it is doable. And some parts of it are even fun. It is less than a mile distance, but more than half of it is steep, and laced with donkey poop -if you take the "less busy" route on "Maps" which you should. There is one part just before you get to the hotel (2 minutes duration) during which you need to be extra careful, as it is on a main road with cars flying by, virtually no sidewalk, and as is the case for most of the island, no lights. You got to listen carefully if there's cars coming and you have to go fast when they are not. Again, that is a problem with the island's terrible infrastructure, nothing to do with the hotel. There are no sidewalks, no traffic signs, and no lights on the streets and so you got to be super careful anywhere on Santorini. However, my suggestion (contrary to the hotel's) is to NOT take a cab to go to the city center. You would be wasting so much money for no good reason, if you are OK with walking, and you would be saving only a few minutes.

We loved pretty much everything about our stay. The room and private pool were great, clean, and well maintained. There was water in the fridge (the island's water is not drinkable) and sweet treats in the kitchen, there was hot water always, we felt safe and rested. The hospitality was outstanding, the concierge knowledgeable and pleasant, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices that would please anyone. We also ordered dinner (room service) and it was also very good (and the portions were huge).

This property was top-notch. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially the wonderful young lady at the reception (sorry, I forget name), who warmly greeted us and provided so much helpful information to get the most out of our stay. The room was modern, well appointed and spotless. The garden and pool outside our room was beautiful. They served a wonderful and tasty breakfast every morning. Highly recommend this property!

This is a fantastic property just down the hill from the bustling town of Thira. Aside from being a beautiful private retreat, the small team of staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, sorting out reservations and being on hand to answer any queries we had. Breakfast was delivered daily to your room and is sufficient in size to fill you up till your evening meal!

Everything was exceptional. I’ll mention a few minor items that occurred to me while staying there if only to elevate future guests’ experiences. The kitchen was lacking in some basics - sharp knives, dish towel, salt/pepper. Would have appreciated a stock of ice upon arrival or at least a place to get ice on property. A microwave, would have been a welcome addition as well. Bedrooms did not have trashcans. The downstairs 1/2 bath had no towels. No full length mirror in the place and most of the mirrors were poorly placed to put on make up or see much in detail. Bathroom lighting had one setting and was very dim. There was only one remote for all 3 air conditioning units which made adjusting temps a hassle.

Beautiful space both inside and out! Private pool was a lovely addition. 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms gave our group plenty of room for privacy and relaxation. Staff was helpful and attentive. The daily breakfast was sufficient and delicious. Beds were extremely comfortable. Each suite was relatively private thanks to clever positioning and beautiful plantings.

The accommodation was very comfortable, spacious, bright and clean. The huge terrace allowed us to enjoy the beautiful views of the sea and other islands in the distance. We had everything we needed in our villa, including a big swimming pool and a fresh breakfast which was brought into our room every morning. The entire staff were super friendly and always with a smile on their face. Special thanks to Despoina who was very kind, helpful and made our stay excellent. ευχαριστώ !

If the pool was heated, it would have been a 10/10 experience. Unfortunately, we were not able to actually swim as it was still a bit too cold, even though the weather went up to 23°-24°. Managed to have a slight dip. Maybe from May, it will be possible to fully use the pool. I think a full-length mirror somewhere in the villa would be good.

The villa was stunning and had everything you needed. Both rooms very specious and villa is tastfully decorated. Amazing views of the sea, good-sized pool and terrace. We had a fantastic breakfast every day, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Very tranquil area, can faintly hear rooster and birds at sunrise. It was great to come back to after a busy day visiting Fira and Oia. Fira town centre was a few mins in Taxi, and Oia was 30min on bus from Fira centre. Daily housekeeping with fresh towels is a plus. Would love to go again, all my family and friends asking for details after seeing my social media stories.

Clean property and rooms and a/c were perfect. The breakfast delivered every morning was filling and a great variety. It’s location near Fira was just far enough from town for privacy, parking and a quiet resting place with a great view. The staff was great, and made unbelievable recommendations for activities.

Nothing could have been better.

Never stayed anywhere quite like Este Luxury Suites. Staff absolutely amazing, welcome drink local wine- very informative guide when we arrived. Nothing is an issue to the staff they will do anything for you. Cleaning maids are worth their weight in gold - smells and looks amazing inside - everything about this is 5*. You won’t regret booking. PLEASE NOTE - if you are booking here you MUST visit Argo restaurant, a 4 minute walk from villa - no view like you get in Thira but the best meal and most reasonable priced and for cocktails that we had the whole holiday. Amazing staff and experience.

We visited for a short break with friends and the experience was amazing. We were greeted with the offer of a glass of sparkling wine which was a nice touch, and when I mentioned it was the birthday of one the people in our group, we received a platter of food in the suite and more wine. The suite itself was incredible. The decor is superb, the cleanliness outstanding and the staff efficient and friendly. As everyone previously has commented, the breakfast was great, our group all looked forward to the selection on offer in the morning, and it was always delicious. This was our first time in Santorini, and we all said that if we returned we would come back to Este Luxury Suites.

Perfect position near the town but far from caos, breakfast in the room and the staff! The operation manager gift us a bottle of amazing wine and the receptionist of the evening was nice and helpful. But in general the staff make this place special!

I would have liked a bit more privacy based on my tastes but it was reasonably private. It would be nice if the pool was heated but that was something known prior to booking.

The property was just amazing in terms of layout and facilities. The staff was amazing especially Elina and Despina but also the the guy that brought us breakfast every morning and the cleaning lady! All round very friendly.
