We had lovely room with small kitchenette and its own balcony. Friendly staff full of local information and happy to help anytime. We borrowed pool towels and were able to store luggage after checkout. Great location for Fira, restaurants, shops etc but still quiet at night.

We caught the bus from the airport to the central bus station and walked to Ersi Villas - which is only about 800m but is uphill and on cobblestones and uneven concrete - and it was really hot. Next time we would book a pick-up.

The patio garden is a lovely quiet oasis. Good location for the price, although there are a lot of steps (like everywhere in Santorini) to get up to the main square. The staff were friendly and helpful and gave us some great tips on things to see and do. Having the pool to cool down in at end of the day was lovely. Great to have a small terrace to sit out on.

I loved the room we stayed at and all of the staff and hotel communication. Milos (I think that’s his name) at the front desk organized transport and gave us some quick tips and was available to help us with anything we needed. Ilias was also great with inquiries and check ins via WhatsApp. There was a great restaurant Osmo right by the hotel. Highly recommend

Everything was clean, tidy and very pretty. The Studio was equipped with a kitchenette, silverware and everything that we needed to cook inside. The atmosphere was lovely, as well as the location, two minutes from the amazing sunset of Firostefani. The staff was the best part: nice, kind and very available for information, advice and more. Great stay!

Wifi was a weak point: slow and sometimes the sign was lost. Pillows were very thick (and thus uncomfortable in long run), although this is typical in Greece.

Ersi Villas has a good location close to the centre of Firostefani. Our host, Elios was very kind, helping us with several advices. The property looks like an oasis with its wonderful plants and pool. Recommended.

We had a lovely comfortable stay at Ersi Villas . We received a warm welcome from the staff who were very Friendly and helpful . Check in was easy and they allowed us to check in early . Apartment had everything we needed , clean and comfortable . Would recommend In the morning they provided a coffee machine and milk for guests . Nice touch . Thank you Ersi Villas for a lovely stay

Our particular room was close to a road so traffic noise until late evening. Room a little basic for a 7 day stay.

Friendliness of staff. Cleanliness of whole property. Nice communal areas with beautiful plants and trees. Being able to see sun rise from balcony and room. Clean, inviting pool. Close enough to Fira centre and great for nearby Firostefani.

The hotel is a small oasis away from the crazy bustling streets of Fira. Located in Firostefani it's ideally placed to be close to the restaurants, bars & caldera views.

We did like the greenery of the property. It brightens up your day and it gives you a nice breeze. We did like the location as it leads you to two square of the island. Firostefani Square who have stunning views and not crowded. And close to Fira square too by foot and accessible to bus stops. The Location have few restaurants around and Mini stores. Rooms are being cleaned everyday. Towels changed too. Not forgetting the clean swimming pool and complimentary choices of teas and coffees! Nice and Trustworthy Staff. Most importantly , although Ersi Villa is accessible to some touristic spots, location is away from hustle and bustle of the crowd. That makes you relax and have a good sleep after a long day out in the sun! Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay in Ersi Villas. The hospitality of Elias and Nick is fantastic. They helped us in everything (ex. programs, transfers, vehaicle hire). Ersi Villas is near the center of Firostefani and Fira is near, as well (10 minutes walk). Ersi Villas has a beautiful common area, which is look like a little oasis. I recommend it, if you want a good place to relax in Santorni! :)

The property is in lovely condition. The rooms were spacious, the beds were huge and very comfortable. We had a private balcony. The pool was perfect, quite cold but refreshing given the hot weather! Lots of sun chairs around the pool both in the shade and sun. Free coffee from the coffee machine in the morning was a lovely addition. The property is a short walk to the picturesque firostefani. Great value for money!

Our stay here was amazing! It’s perfectly situated just outside the main area so it is much quieter but only minutes walking to get anywhere. The staff were super friendly and helpful with planning our itinerary on the island. The pool was nice and clean. Overall I am very glad I chose to stay here.

IF YOU LOOK FOR A PLACE TO RELAX, FROM BUSY LIFE THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE TO GO! 2MIN WALK TO FIRA, WHERE YOU CAN WATCH SUNSET, HAVE A NICE DINNER WITH ALL THE RESTAURANT AROUND, VERY NICE SOUVENIR SHOPS. Bathrooms could be a little bigger but for the price and everything else, this is minor.

Location was great, not too far from Fira but close enough that you didn’t feel too much in the centre and congested. The aesthetic of the hotel is lovely with all the plants a great touch!

The hotel is located 6 minutes up the hill from from Fira but it's worth the walk for the fantastic views and beautiful garden area. Elias was extremely helpful advising the best things to do on the island and even helped us with arranging transfers. I can't recommend Ersi Villas enough.
