Too loud after hours with other guest coming in late at night. The window is not double glaze so you can hear everything in the hallway.

The room was big and the bed was comfy. Walking distance to all the restaurants and bar in Kamari.

The room was small and had the feeling it was made into another room from what was left over. Bathroom was dark not enough lighting , corner bath impractical with a poor shower and terrible curtain that didn’t stop water spraying out over the sink and floor .. Lovely welcome on the Wednesday evening from a young lady helpful and kind.

the room needs changes to look more luxurious,for example the curtain, the drapery changed, the bathroom The hot tube outdoor did not had the hot water.

The room was exactly how I booked with terace and hot tube outdoor water , jut the hot tube do not have hot water, have water jet massage temporisation, but not hot water. the view is amazing, exactly like i I booked.

The location. It is just a bit far, but if having a car it should be perfect. Also there are many restaurants near and the beach is very near.

Not a negative but the bar is lovely and closes at 8pm. It would be nice to have the option of having a quiet drink there in the evening. Sami the Barman is the best!

Eirini was super kind and friendly. She wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with everything and was very helpful with any questions we had. She made the place feel very warm and comfortable. The steep hill is a bit of a problem, I certainly got a bit fitter pushing my buggy up the hill. I wouldn't want my elderly father staying there because of this and it did limit my enjoyment of being able to pop out to the beach or for lunch- we had to plan our excursions to limit the times we went up the hill. Having said this the hotel will organise transport to get about with no issues. Just like everything in Kamari- it's not cheap. This is no reflection on the hotel itself though, which is beautifully set into the hill with stunning views! I felt breakfast was a bit dingy but was a nice spread, a better coffee machine would work wonders!

The owner Mrs Maria has been given a hard time in some reviews because she is quiet and not immediately effusive- and that is totally unfair- she is a quiet but lovely person and went out of her way to accommodate my family's needs- even moving us to a more suitable room and being concerned and caring about my young child. Sammi at the front desk also went out of his way to help us and was friendly, professional and courteous at all times. Finding milk for my little one after hours and helping us with anything we needed. All the staff were really lovely and made me feel very safe when staying alone with my 2 year old, when my husband was called away. We had a huge room, with stunning sea views and a gorgeous private built in Jacuzzi that my daughter could use as her own little pool in the cooler mornings.

We booked this property because it states there is an heated infinity pool. this is not the case and we’re disappointed by this. there are no drinks making facilities in the room and despite arriving late we were not offered a bottle of water etc. The room stated Superior double with sea-view, which it has but mostly lookout out to sun loungers just in front of us. it would have been nice if this was noted as a partial sea view. The breakfast was plentiful but not labelled (for veggie) and was often lukewarm. Finally our internet was unreliable in our room and I needed it for work.

Very very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Cocktails were great and reasonably priced. Chris and Sammy were particularly helpful.

as a 4 stars hotel, he didn’t met my expectations regarding the following points: - the taxes 15EUR we paid at the beginning, even on Booking.com we already paid all taxes. - the SPA is not included, although on Booking is written that's included - in the room missing the room sleepers - missing the drinkable water in the room, and in the hotel, you should buy it at the local markets

Indoor pool close for the season. There is no electric kettle.

The hotel is well decorated. The room has views on the beach and the mountain. Breakfast is really good. Bed is comfortable. The bathroom is big which is rare in most Greece. Near the beach.

Lots of steps. Good to have changing and shower facilities when waiting for late flight. Nevertheless slightly more privacy is needed.

Great location close to Kamari Blue Flag beech. It is a black beech,swimming shoes needed but superb for open sea swimming. Easy to get tours to rest of island. Breakfasts really good catering for all tastes. Staff excellent.

I didn't like that they don't have bathrobes, even if i had deluxe room. I rent an ATV from the frond desk, requested a 600 one but the guy give us a 400 one for the same price as 600 .

Was quiet and private . The lady from the reception is very nice and always ready to help or find any solution. The room was cleaned every day very nice. The hotel is near to the beach
