We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicWhen we entered for the first time, the room was not perfectly clean - some hair in the shower corner, for example. Our shower corner had a short curtain so the water was leaking everywhere. You have to ask for new shower gels and new towels (you cannot bring these towels to the beach, careful). But everyday cleaning was nice otherwise. It may happen you hear some loud music from other bars in the night. Options for breakfast should change.
The location is absolutely perfect - right across the street you are on the beach (10 steps), close to some shops, all restaurants and also the bus stop. The swimming pool is handy for the hot peak hours. Bed was comfy. There is a balcony to dry your clothes which is perfect. Staff is very kind and friendly. AC in the room. Breakfast is not in a form of buffet - you can choose only from 3 options that never ever change (yes, for one week, the options were the same) but it should be enough and will help you start the day nicely with the view on the beach in hotel’s own restaurant with good prices and special offers and discount for its guests.

CanadaThe beds were a little hard and the shower curtain in the bathroom wasn't long enough, so water got all over the floor. The location can be very busy at times so staff were also busy - we had to go looking for someone a few times for service.
The location is excellent and close to the "pick up spot" in town for taxi rides. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice balcony and fridge. There was a wardrobe for clothes with extra pillows which was great. Staff were very friendly and accommodating!

Hotel is located right on the beach, has a nice and clean pool with comforable sunbeds. Rooms are clean and spacious, with updated bathrooms. It has a nice garden and the balkony gives you the privacy and the view.
