Limited parking if you hire a car, but not a big issue

Location is perfect, away from any busy crowds like some of the other town/villages! Hotel has beautiful views, spotless clean, staff have great service, wonderful food, gorgeous rooms!

Everything was perfect. We had an amazing stay and would love to come back. The hotel is in a superb location for getting around the island. It's very quiet but you have the convenience of Pyrgos town on your doorstep. I couldn't recommend this hotel more highly enough. The breakfast was great, the room was exceptional. Great views from wherever you are and every member of the team was lovely. A+++

Superb stay at a top class Hotel. 25m Pool was amazing. The staff were friendly and look after you very well. Food was excellent. All Rooms with great views and very well kept with toiletries and well stocked mini bar. Couldn’t fault anything. Thank you.

Nothing at all really. Netflix would have been nice to have one night, but that’s a minor thing / personal preference. The place was superb.

We loved the room decor, the plunge pool, the main pool, the view, the staff, and the general vibe!

- Very limited closet space for clothes - Loft bedroom’s (not mentioned in the jacuzzi room’s details here) ceiling low on the sides so you have to watch your head when using the stairs. - With the sofa made up as a bed for the third guest, there was only one chair to sit on in the room. - The limited a la carte breakfast menu does not impress you if you appreciate versatile buffet breakfasts. - You can see straight down to the balconies and private pools of some rooms so if privacy is important to you, be sure to mention when booking.

- Good location for Pyrgos. Would definitely recommend staying in less-touristy Pyrgos instead of Fira (only 10-15 mins by car). - Great mountain/sea views - Clean and quiet - Amazing pool area - Hotel’s restaurant open from 8 am to 11 pm (reasonable prices) - Very friendly and attentive staff and cleaners - Short walking distance from Rymidi restaurant, which can be recommended for food and atmosphere - The hotel co-operates with a very nice taxi driver Mike who can take you around the island.

Absolutely one of the finest hotels we've ever stayed at! Elessa Hotel is even more stunning in person than in the photos. The rooms are beautiful and spotless, and the service is top-notch. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The food was delicious, and the location is perfect with breathtaking views. Highly recommended!

There is a school just next the hotel and it is noisy, you ear everything. You can see everything in your neigboor exterior, you are not alone and see each other from the balcony, the privacy could be better. The jacuzzi was not hot enough for me.

The room was very comfortable and the view absolutely stunning (the view from the rooms but also the big pool and the place of the breakfast). The breakfast was one of the best I ever had in a hotel : you can choose 3 plates and two beverages in a menu. The choice is good and offers variety of typical greec dishes and the plates are well cooked. The staff is also very nice.

The water temprature in private pool was not how. Rather lukewarm. We didn’t use it much. The drinks in the bar (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic like juices or coffee) were rather expensive compared to other places nearby.

The staff was great - friendly and supportive of any needs we had. Breakfast was abundant and really tasty. Really comfortable room in modern minimalism style. Overall the place felt relaxing and we wished we could have stayed longer.

This is not merely another property .. Elessa is the dream of Yanni its owner who is personally involved and present on the property. Every aspect right from reservations to ensuring pick up from the airport or port is promptly and warmly done. Elessa is a luxurious property in Pyrgos with a fantastic view of the sea. Pyrgos which was the capital of Santorini is a pretty village with character and some great food options. While the sunset from OIA is justifiably famous, we found the sunset view from the Pyrgos castle (15 mins walk from Elessa) to be stunning too .. Mike who works with Elessa to handle transport is very dependable and friendly … he has been six sigma in terms of ensuring we get picked up and dropped off on time everytime. We had the villa with hot pool and we throughly enjoyed our time at Elessa. Breakfast is very good too and wirh multiple freshly cooked options. Overall a lovely experience and we look forward to being back :)

Very high-quality accommodation and property in general. Top-tier service - super-friendly people who proactively try to accommodate all your needs (and even anticipate which needs you may have!). They remind your preferences, so, I experienced a highly personalized experience. The owner of the hotel is extremely friendly but down-to-earth, accessible and overall a knowledgeable person. I found the hotel elegant and stylish but not at all over the top. Exactly right for fellow lovers of architecture and design.
