Elements cave suites was the best part of our trip, it exceeded our expectations in terms of service and hospitality by the amazing host Vasia who went above and beyond to accommodate us after encountering a glitch in the booking.com system. She did everything to rectify the matter and for that we are very grateful and cannot recommend this place enough. Everything was impeccable, the property is a hidden gem in the beautiful village of Megalochori,so well maintained and has such a wonderful feel. We were away from the hustle and busy streets and enjoyed the charm of this place. I would highly recommend staying in Megalochori especially with kids, when visiting Santorini and definitely at Elements cave suites. Definitely a 10/10, thank you Vasia for being amazing we will surely be back again !

Excelent service. The rooms were very clean and everyday the sheets smelled great. The offer laundry service and the clothes smelled great. When I come back to Santorini we will stay here again. We miss it.

Nothing really is to be unhappy about

The best value you can get out of this price range. The experience is amazing, very good location ( 2 min. walk to bus stops that goes to FIRA) The neighborhood is quite, giving the authentic life that people are having. Room is very clean and comfy, definitely recommend to anyone that wants to experience cave houses that doesn't want to get ripped off like in Oia

Literally nothing.

Perfect is the word I’d use to describe my stay. Stylish, so comfortable, peaceful. My room was cleaned every day. I loved that I could make my room completely dark so I could sleep in as late as I wanted. Super comfy bed. Loved the outdoor area where I could sit in the sun with my morning coffee. The town of Megalochori was perfect because it’s peaceful has some lovely restaurants and bought from the bakery that’s just round the corner every day. Vasia went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I had a perfect stay. Forever grateful to her!

There are small insects everywhere, I know it's difficult to avoid in rural area but it got my friend allergies. The dust on the rock would fall off and the blankets sometimes get dust from it

The 3 bedrooms flat was amazing and very well furnished with a Mediterrenean style. The location in the small village of Megalochory is perfect if you want to escape from the crowded part of Santorini.

Smell in upstairs bathroom

Elements Suites are beautifully decorated. Its more like a villa, mine was Water, a 2 storey Villa with a bedroom upstairs and 2 singles downstairs. Kitchen was nice with a Nespreso machine and kettle. Separate Lounge had a smart TV. Nice quiet area of Santorini short 5 min walk to bus stop and a great bakery not too far as well at the same spot as the bus stop.

We loved the place. The suite is charming, very cosy, fully renovated and clean. The owner is very reactive and helpful. The village is also vers nice and quiet (it is better to avoid sleeping in Fira or Oia). We can only recommend this place!

They were having trouble with drains in upstairs room, quite a strong smell overnight. When raised with staff they were very helpful to try and fix it but still had issues the following night. They did mention they were working on getting it fixed.

Everything was great! Since the warm welcome to the facilities (news, clean and comfortables). Vasia gave us many suggestions and she know perfectly the island and she's always available! Moreover the position is very good, 10 minutes from Fira (so in a peaceful area) and between 10 and 20 minutes from the best beaches. We'll recommended this hotel to our friends and we'll certainly come back!

The bed was very comfortable but creaky. The mini fridge in our also room made a strong noise every 20 minutes, so it woke us up. I'm not a light sleeper so I think it needs to be checked or updated, as it really made it difficult to sleep, and probably will be a problem for others.

The room was beautiful and just as pictured. It is very well located and there are a lot of amenities around. The host is very nice and helpful, responded to all queries and helped us book a taxi to the airport, thank you!

I can honestly say that nothing disappointed me with the property.

Very spacious and clean suite. Easily accommodated our family of 6. Newly renovated modern suite with all the amenities. Location is perfect in the traditional village of Megalokhori. You are in a central location on the island close to beaches and the main town of Fira. Fantastic tavernas, cafes and a bakery are just a 2 minute walk. The property owner Vasia was wonderful and easy to deal with, always checking in with us to see if there was anything we needed. She was also very helpful in recommending restaurants, and places to visit in Santorini.
