The apartment very well cared in every detail, clean, relaxing, very pleasant to stay in such a unique and unusual architecture. Megalochori is also a lovely village and it is very convenient to get everywhere in 15/20 minutes.

The host was very friendly and communicates extremely efficiently via Whatsapp. The accommodation was clean (save for the parts where the stone was sticking out :)) and there were all the necessary amenities. It is a lovely place and is close to the bus stop and local family bakery!! Would highly recommend!!

I loved the location. It's at the entrance of megalochori village. Has a private parking. Very spacious and comfortable. We were the only guests during the stay so it was very quiet and amazing

Taxis are very expensive for a few minutes journey and the mini markets really overcharge

Elements cave suites was the best part of our trip, it exceeded our expectations in terms of service and hospitality by the amazing host Vasia who went above and beyond to accommodate us after encountering a glitch in the booking.com system. She did everything to rectify the matter and for that we are very grateful and cannot recommend this place enough. Everything was impeccable, the property is a hidden gem in the beautiful village of Megalochori,so well maintained and has such a wonderful feel. We were away from the hustle and busy streets and enjoyed the charm of this place. I would highly recommend staying in Megalochori especially with kids, when visiting Santorini and definitely at Elements cave suites. Definitely a 10/10, thank you Vasia for being amazing we will surely be back again !

Excelent service. The rooms were very clean and everyday the sheets smelled great. The offer laundry service and the clothes smelled great. When I come back to Santorini we will stay here again. We miss it.

Beautiful traditional cave house. Spotlessly clean. Right near the old town, and bakery 3min walk. Easy access to airport and port via taxi (10-15mins). Our host, Vasia, was very friendly and helpful- arranged taxi transport and gave good recommendations for food. Also had cot for baby. Would highly recommend a stay here to any of our friends and family. Would love to visit again!

Nothing really is to be unhappy about

The best value you can get out of this price range. The experience is amazing, very good location ( 2 min. walk to bus stops that goes to FIRA) The neighborhood is quite, giving the authentic life that people are having. Room is very clean and comfy, definitely recommend to anyone that wants to experience cave houses that doesn't want to get ripped off like in Oia

There are small insects everywhere, I know it's difficult to avoid in rural area but it got my friend allergies. The dust on the rock would fall off and the blankets sometimes get dust from it

The 3 bedrooms flat was amazing and very well furnished with a Mediterrenean style. The location in the small village of Megalochory is perfect if you want to escape from the crowded part of Santorini.

Smell in upstairs bathroom

Elements Suites are beautifully decorated. Its more like a villa, mine was Water, a 2 storey Villa with a bedroom upstairs and 2 singles downstairs. Kitchen was nice with a Nespreso machine and kettle. Separate Lounge had a smart TV. Nice quiet area of Santorini short 5 min walk to bus stop and a great bakery not too far as well at the same spot as the bus stop.

We loved the place. The suite is charming, very cosy, fully renovated and clean. The owner is very reactive and helpful. The village is also vers nice and quiet (it is better to avoid sleeping in Fira or Oia). We can only recommend this place!

They were having trouble with drains in upstairs room, quite a strong smell overnight. When raised with staff they were very helpful to try and fix it but still had issues the following night. They did mention they were working on getting it fixed.
