Effie is a great host, she made us feel welcome and at home ! Not only she provided us with fruit and sweets for breakfast, she was also very helpful and available in case of need. The appartment was very clean and comfy, it was perfect to stay with my parents. If you have a car the location is perfect since you have your own parking.

Place was very clean and comfortable with nice touches such as fresh fruit and sweets upon arrival. Location was pretty good too. Within walking distance to old town. Off street parking was a bonus. Communication with the host Effie was very good too.

I had a fantastic stay at Effie's Two Bedroom Apartment in Nafplio! The location with private parking was a huge plus, making it convenient to explore the area without worrying about parking. The living room was beautifully designed and provided a comfortable space to relax in. The well-equipped kitchen, stocked with a full load of foodstuffs, was a pleasant surprise and made cooking a breeze. Having a washing machine available was also very convenient for longer stays. The separate air conditioning in all rooms ensured that we were comfortable throughout our stay. Effie's apartment truly made our trip to Nafplio enjoyable and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

The centre was within walking distance to centre. The location was not down in the centre, at the waterfront, although this had the advantage that parking was not a problem.

Modern, very clean, with off street parking. Effie provided fresh fruit and supplies for breakfast and afternoon tea. She made us feel at home.

Small bathroom with a very small laundry machine. Beach towels should be provided, as no one is going to bring them on vacation.

Had parking spot and was close enough to city center, beaches and other sites. Cooling worked well and the host provided fruit, pastry and drinks in the apartment which was really nice.

Great, clean and modern place, well situated with a very friendly owner. As a welcome we received wonderful fruits and everything for breakfast. When we left we even got olive oil from their own production.

It’s a 5-10 minute drive from the boutiques and charm of Nafplio. You could walk, if the weather is agreeable

Effie and her family completely spoiled us! They were very attentive and had wine and fruit waiting for us. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The laundry and outdoor space was a welcome sight after travelling as a family for more than a week. There was a good view of the castle at night

Very clean and well maintained, we were provided with kitchen stock (fruit, water, coffee and biscuits along with little snacks and juice boxes) owner was super friendly and very accommodating Only short 5-7 minute drive to old town. Great base for you to stay and see Nafplio. Katerina the host was very friendly.

Very helpful, convenient location, late check-in and checkout, they offered us welcome treats, alcohol, coffee and the facilities were excellent! We enjoyed our breakfast at the balcony under the sun. Wish all the places were like this one :)

Effie met us and made us feel at home. Ice cream cones in the freezer, water, fruit, juice and mastixa in the fridge. She even warmed up the water so we had warm water for our shower. Apartment also had a washing machine which came in handy with 3 kids. Home is located close to the beach as well as the town. Apartment was beautiful.

Not on the beach but can walk there in under 20min and have lots of public transit available very close by.

exceptionally thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. the apartment is a little while out of Nafplio but only really a 15 minute walk. parking included and Effie is a great host!

Nothing. Everything was amazing

The property was exactly as in the photos. Beautiful 2 bedroom flat everything was clean and brand new. No convinces were spared. The hostess Effie was extremely welcome and sweet and there were even a few treats gor us like some chocolate and fruits and coffee for breakfast. Absolutely loved the place!
