We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaI cannot think of something what was wrong, everything was as we expected to be there. The only thing I can say: our journey there was too short, but that's other story.
Located in an area not so far to the beaches and near a small forest, which allowed a nice temperature over the day and a cool one over the night, Eden Hotel was a very good choice for our vacation. We had a great time, guaranteed by a very good breakfast, graced mostly with some home made products (those delicious olives being the main attraction in the morning, but there are more sweet surprises), followed by the nice and relaxing walk to the beautiful and large beaches of Nei Pori and, then, by the best time spent there. We already miss that marvelous waters and we we'll return there one day, that's for sure.

The host lady was generous and kind in general. We had been informed in details about possibility nearby the very first day so we did not need to search for travel agencies to collect such information. We stayed 5 nights and last day we had to leave the apartment early. Host prepared and packed us some meal and drink for the trip back home as we had to skip breakfast. This was really positive from her. :) Host was really communicative and had good English knowledge.

Mary who welcomed us was really kind. The room was spacious and had everything needed. The balcony was lovely, It was cleaned and convenient enough. Also, we had breakfast and it was tasty. There was enough space to park out vehicle.

Our first time in Neoi Poroi. Verry nice and affordable resort, with a beautiful sandy beach and clear water. Good food, at corect prices, nice tavernes. Hotel Eden is a family business, our host Ms. Maria is one of the kindest persons I've meet, allways smiling and being helpfull. The room was big wit a large balcony, very clean, with air conditioning. The location is 5 minutes walk from the beach, in a very quiet part of Neoi Poroi, beside a forest with large maple threes. My car was parked at 10 m from my balcony, protected from the sun by the large threes. Nice pool, great breakfast. The omelette prepared by Ms. Maria is one of the best I ever tried. A big hug for our hosts and many thanks for the beautifull days spent there.
