The breakfast, bedroom, hotel and hospitality was truly exceptional. All the staff were respectful, made us feel at home and made our Anniversary super special. They made sure we parked our hired car in a safe location and suggested places to visit within Santorini. Thank you, Jorge and Team Edem for all the kind gestures. We went away for my wife's birthday, our first time kid free in years. The staff were incredible from start to finish. We were treated like royalty. The breakfast was made fresh to your liking and there was a great choice. Very clean and a great location, 10-15 minutes walk from the heart of Oia.

Car will not reach the property, but that’s the case with most of the properties due to the terrain. But the staff make sure that you are not stressed for that reason.

A bit of a walk from parking to the hotel, make sure you call them to help you out with carrying the luggage.

Super friendly staff, generous with welcome drinks, and amazing breakfast with great options served at the terrace. Recommended to ask them for airport pick up and drop offs, same prices as city taxis but would be easier access to/from parking

It’s a pleasant 1.4km walk to the main shopping belt of Oia. The hotel was away from the hustle and bustle. Room was clean and water bottles always replenished. Breakfast was fantastic

Even though our trip to Oie wasn't a big success, because it started off with a cancelled flight. But Dimitri was always there for us with help and useful advise. He was extremely attentive and tried to help anyway he could. It is quite close to Oie, We were doing trips a few times a day to Oie. And doing so you could compare a touristy Oie to a more local feel Finikia village. Definitely, need to go back and finish sightseeing Santorini.

I like the aesthetic cave rooms. It was very cozy. The staff was also very exceptional. The owner was hands on and really caters to his guests. Our room had roof top access and a hot tub overlooking the ocean which was a plus

Not necessarily but the property but it was a bit difficult to get to the hotel from the parking lot. The first parking lot we came from didn’t have clear signs but the second parking lot did.

The property’s location is worth mentioning, just a few minutes walking distance to Oia for beautiful sunsets. The property had sent a help to carry our luggage from the main road (way to reach the property is a bit narrow and you are sure to get lost if you don’t know where you are going ), at one point we felt so bad for the guy and I took the luggage from him for a bit.Greeted with rosé champagne at the reception we were pampered by the hotel staff.. Breakfast is A la cart and served to you. will most definitely recommend and visit this property when at Santorini.

Perfect location, near to Oia, but in a small authentic quite village, short walk to the Sigalas Vineyard and to Baxedes beach. The breakfast was delicious and served on the private terrace, very helpful staff. The cave suite was very comfortable, had a wonderful holiday!

Very kind and helpful staff. We loved the jacuzzi on the roof and the epic breakfeast ! The village of Finikia is much more calm than Oia and it's only 20mn by foot. Highly recommended!
