It was one of the best hotels that I’ve been. George and all staff are very friendly and helpful. I was welcomed with a Prosecco and a fruit’s board. And the breakfast was amazing. The location is really good and the hotel was wonderful.

George is the best host. All the complimentary drinks, fruits, and prosecco were highly appreciated. We had the best breakfast overlooking the sea. The place is also perfectly decorated. We’ll definitely stay in Edem again when we return to Santorini as it is a respite from the busy Oia. I will highly recommend to anyone to stay in Edem Boutique Hotel.

I had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel. They made sure that there was someone to pick my luggage at the Car Park of Finnika when my taxi arrived. The hosts- Jorge (I hope I got his name right) and Kabba who met me at the car park were so pleasant throughout my stay. As a solo traveller, I felt very welcome by everyone. It’s a small beautiful but perfect hotel. My Breakfast order was taken and I got woken up for breakfast everyday. I had free water all of the time and got some drinks to refresh. The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. The roof top had really good views for night and daytime with the lovely sunbeds as well. Only 20mins walk to the Oia sunset and you can get to tourist attractions too. It’s close enough to Oia but far enough from the tourist crowd and in a nice hilly village. I will definitely come back here if I am in Santorini again. The salads, meals and breakfast tasted really good. Everyone was so nice and I felt like a princess compared to other hotels in other cities I traveled in the past.

We liked everything, very good breakfast, location. Melinda was always helpful and did everything she could to make us comfortable, Geogios was also always attentive. I have no words to describe how well we were hosted at this hotel. Congratulations to the entire team of always attentive staff.

The hotel was very close to Oia, walking distance to see the sunset no uphills. The staff were lovely carried out luggage for us, had a glass of Prosecco on arrival. The lady very helpful gave us information about the island and where to visit. Breakfast was amazing will good variety to choose from. We felt very spoilt staying at this hotel and would stay again if ever visiting back.

Perfect stay for Santorini! The hotel is super close to Oia - 10 or 15 minutes walk - but gives you the quiet and privacy of a stay in a smaller village. The private hot tub and terrace have amazing sea views - and during August you can see the sunset from it (at least from mine). Also perfect to enjoy your breakfast in the terrace watching the sea! All the Edem team is very kind and attentive, always making sure you have everything you need - and always ready to share tips and what to do in the island! A car is recommended if you want to go around the island and see some beaches - but if you want to mostly stay in Oia, you are safe without a car.

Everything about our trip was amazing. EDEM BOUTIQUE HOTELS staff went over and beyond to make it a good stay. They made it feel like home from home. Breakfast on our own private terrace was a beautiful personal touch. Would definitely recommend it... Only area for improvement would be some additional shelf space for clothing in the room but this is minor in comparison to the positives!

The hotel is an oasis in a traditional village. It is perfect for a romantic getaway in Santorini. The staff are amazing! So friendly and made sure that our stay was exceptional. Fantastic attention to detail to all aspects of the hotel. True passion for making the best experience for their customers is demonstrated in what the hotel is achieving! Three great restaurants a few minutes away from the hotel & Oia is 10min easy walk so the hotel is ideally positioned in the North of Santorini.

Our stay at Edem was nothing short of amazing. Melina and George were exceptional hosts to ourselves as guests. The hotel, the facilities, the breakfast, the staff who worked there phenomenal. We originally booked this accommodation as the reviews were so good and it did not disappoint. It was noted about poor WiFi somewhere but the WiFi is also excellent we streamed a tv show on the iPad just fine and my partner was able to complete some work with no issues. Nothing was too much trouble for Melina and George, they made sure everything was taken care of!

Edem was a wondaful place to stay, it has amazing staff who made us feel very special and they were very attentive. You get to choose your breakfast and the portions are very generous. The location was just perfect. It's away from all the tourists but a very small walk from Oia. It's peaceful, quite and has a great view of the sea. You also have great restaurants near by if you want to go for a late dinner or just have a great mean without going to Oia. We also had dinner a couple of times at the hotel which was great. The burger and pesto past are a must have. The staff made us feel part of a family and we for sure miss them. Melina was wondaful and gave up recommendations and even called and booked us a Beach club ( Jojo Beach Club ). If you come there with no plans not to worry Meline will help you sort out everything. they even provided us with transport to and from the beach club. we truly felt like VIP's. I would 10000% recommend. last but not lest the cave room was stunning and massive. It was like no other place I have stayed in and iv travelled quite a bit. you have your own rooftop with a hottub, sunbed and we breakfast area which was a wonderful way to start your day with great food and a view of the sea. Not forgetting the sunset view from your rooftop area. Miss you all at Edem. thank you for our unforgettable experience. Shout out to the owner, Melina, Baka and all the staff.

Edem is absolutely amazing, we stayed 5 days in this beautiful hotel near Oia and was the best choice. Melina and George with the whole staff are very lovely and kind persons who give us the best welcome and helped us with everything. The cave rooms are very cozy and clean and dotated of a private terrace with jacuzzi where we had every morning a very delicious breakfast with the sea view. Thank you and Melina in particular for made our stay so nice I highly recommend this hotel.

The town of Finikia was wonderful and we enjoyed being out of the crowds but it is about a 20 min walk into Oia, something to keep in mind!

Our room was beautiful and the rooftop terrace is a wonderful feature! The breakfast was amazing and there is wonderful selection to order from which is rare when it's included! All of the staff were so kind and helpful! Costadinos was exceptionally helpful and gave great recommendations!

Everything was perfect.

Everything, the staff were so attentive it felt like we’d hired a private villa with our own staff. Nothing was too much trouble, we only had to mention we were thinking of hiring buggies and it was sorted, i can’t thank the staff enough for making such a special weekend. The rooms are amazing the location is perfect, its so quiet to be so near oia and breakfast is served on your own private balcony.
