The rooms were a bit old so they could be renovated. There were also ants in the room and the jacuzi was dirty.

The staff was very nice and polite and the hotel is located in great place on the island

Hotel is not a 4 star, more of an old 3 star hotel. Feels like everything is falling apart. The pictures on booking are far better than how it looks like in reality. Bed was unconfortable. There is a toilet smell in the whole hotel, room included. Towels were changed every 3 days only!? (you do wonder why you are paying for a 4 star hotel) and beach towels every 2 days. Cleaning done in the room was minimal and one day entirely skipped. Swimming pool is very small. Guests were given only one key for the room, even when asking to have a second one, we were not given one. Seems like the owner is determined in cutting costs by providing minimum services and comfort to the clients.

Good location, perfect for exploring some nice beaches more in the South of the island and Lindos. Plenty of restaurants in the centre of Pefkos and by the beach (4 min drive). Very nice jacuzzi on the balcony. Breakfast was ok. Nice staff at the reception.

on our arrival we were told that we needed to get a taxi up to the sister hotel for one night as they messed up a booking. the sister hotel was not nice and the room we were put in had no air con. we were not refunded a night for this. then we couldn't check in to our room until 2:30pm the next day after having all night with no aircon.

There were a lot of ants in de room. They tried to spray it with chemicals but they were still there. Not sure if the chemicals are ok for people as well. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. You only get 1 towel every 2 days, this is not enough at all. We had a room with swim up you need a least one beach towel. I asked to change the towels but the receptionist said their policy is 1 towel every 2 days.

There's nothing not to like, the pool could do with a little updating and the water temperature could be a little warmer for swimming but there's plenty of loungers,etc for seating with shade when needed. We had a room with a swim up pool, again the water temperature could have been warmer

As this hotel is breakfast only, I can only say that there was a choice for everybody from cereals, fruits, eggs,bacon,sausages, beans, breads pastries, tea, coffee and juices but best of all are the chef specials of omelettes. You simply let the chef know what you want and he prepares and serves it to you, very well recommended. Regarding the pool bar, we initially thought it was a little expensive but when you venture out, the prices are very similar. Gerry has worked there for seven years so really knows his stuff, he's very friendly, professional and likes to keep the area very clean, we were there a week before the season got started so was quite quiet so make sure you go and have a drink with Gerry, he'll make your day ! The reception staff and cleaning staff are very pleasant and cheerful, the roof garden has it's own bar but wasn't open while we were there but is probably lovely to relax at and have a drink when the season gets going. All in all, we had a very nice time.

The bathroom: showering was messy as the glass panel was too small causing unavoidable splashes all around the small bathroom. We had issues with plumbing and water came out from the floor drainage.

Easy parking, close to the city (a few minutes by foot), private jacuzzi (if you book one of those rooms), convenient mini store 24/7, swimming pool and nice rooftop.

Great sea view from room, terrace and roof terrace, located in calm area, nice pool and pool bar, breakfast very good and staff very nice and helpful. I enjoyed staying here.

The toilet as many comments already said, it should have a door on the shower. Also our room had everyday ants. The food was not very good, and not to much variety.

The location and pool. Also the employees were nice. Also we got a free upgrade of the room, wich was really nice.

Bathroom god soaked every time we had a shower as there was no shower door Our room never got cleaned as the cleaner turned up when we was getting ready to go out for the evening each night Other than this, the hotel was spot on!

The staff at Eagles Nest were fantastic. They were always happy and willing to help, whether it was to call a taxi or book an event. We had a great holiday and the swim up pool at the room was an added bonus.

The cleanliness was below my expectations, broken glass in the bedroom when we arrived, lumps of hair in the shower, ants, broken toilet seat and neither tv in the room worked. Then when we ordered pork gyros at the pool bar we were served hamburgers...

Good value for money and we had a lovely view of the sea, the staff were very friendly and helpful to order us taxis when we asked. Location was good as close to kavos beach so you don't need to go into town centre.

On arrival at 23:30 we were shown to a very poor room that wasn't the one we booked. No explanation was given. When followed up the next day, it took 3 requests before our booked room was ready with no apology from the hotel. Room was described as having a kettle and mini bar, but there were none. Hotel bar closes at 20:30 Might have been a restaurant there, no idea as nothing advertised or mentioned either way. No guest info in hotel at all. Given random wrist band.

The furniture in the room needs to be renewed. A simple map of the immediate area would be helpful

Cost effective, quite (not chic) but comfortable hotel with everything you need. Very good location, not in the middle of the resort, but relatively close to everything you need - both the beaches, the center of the resort, and Lindos. Responsive, kind, supportive staff. Thank you very much! Good, tasty dinner and breakfast.
