There is nothing about this place we didn’t like.

Immaculate property ….. was cozy, cute and comfortable. The location itself is an added bonus in the heart of all restaurants and shops. To top it all off, the host was beyond amazing. She went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and is extremely thoughtful. She set up breakfast on the terrace , and also arranged a to go box packed with sandwiches, fruits croissants, juice box etc. as we were leaving early on day 2. She was extremely helpful in providing an itinerary of things to do as we were limited on timing. She made sure to arrange transportation to the port which I highly recommend. She paid attention to details ensuring we got everything we needed to make the stay comfortable. We travel a lot and I’m extremely picky and this place checked off all boxes. If I ever go back to Santorini, I would stay here again: I would give this property 100 if I could.

It is a beautiful place in a great location. The host is super friendly, helpful and just wonderful. She brought us breakfast every morning and it was delicious and there was plenty of it. We will definitely be back to stay here.

AMAZING 11/10!!! Andrea is lovely, she organised airport transfer for us, and met us on arrival. The breakfast she made was spectacular and she even made us a little breakfast box to go for our early morning ferry departure. The room itself is amazing. One of the best views in the area (in our opinion), the photos do not do it justice. We had breakfast and watched the sunset on the viewing platform every day. Inside it is very very spacious, comfortable bed- we slept very well. And despite being in the best location in Fira, inside the room was very quiet! And the indoor pool was also amazing! We will definitely stay again!

The vent in bathroom was outside the bath and toilet area... you know what I mean 👃. Plunge pool is more like a soaking pool. You cant really plunge because the water would overflow out on stairs. Nothing to be concerned if you are mindful that it is not a swimming pool. No ceiling fans and air conditioning takes long time, but it was peak summer. Remember this island is a hot destination for couples and this property is divided into 2 seperate units within a common compound securedby main gate. Our neighbors were chain smokers which we really didn't appreciate since we had a young daughter with us and also played loud songs late night. One of them accidently left the main gate unlocked and we had a non english speaking intruder who refused to leave, it was difficult to communicate and was an unnecessary experience. If you keep your main gate locked, it is safe to leave your main door open for fresh breeze and light when you're home. It took a day to adjust like you need at any new place. Overall, it is a safe place.

Best sunset view, short walk to bustling Fira market, restaurants, taxi station, bus station. Remember, it is not a hotel. Someone has rented their space during your stay. Despite of that the owner custom considered our breakfast options. BTW breakfast is great. Terrace was a nice add-on, check the views from terrace attached. Overall, a wonderful option for families and a great way to avoid expensive Oia stay. Its just a 20 min ride to Oia, usually $35 one-way. The taxi ride arranged by this host to/from airport was super convenient. Our driver not only lifted our luggage on steep stairs but was very friendly. Highly recommend this place.

The location was perfect and Andrea was an excellent host. It was easy to get around and see the sights we wanted to see. The accommodation was beautifully presented and very comfortable. The view was spectacular, especially from the upstairs terrace. We were the envy of passers by!

It was a lovely stay, very santorinian experience, the premises were well equipped, clean, the owner Andrea was very helpful and prompt with any assistance or information required. It's right in the fira square so just walking distance from all the popular tourist spots and the best part was being able to enjoy the sunset in your private deck sipping on some wine. Definitely recommend!

We liked the spacious cave style room with the best location in Fira for a beautiful sunset, dining and shopping. The view was awesome and just steps away from excellent restaurants. The AC was great, silent and effective. The host was super helpful when we arrived. She gave us a nice wine bottle upon arrival. She also helped us with our luggage (a lot of luggage) up the steps and arranged for someone to help us with the luggage on our way out when we left. We tried several of the restaurants that she suggested and they were all excellent choices. We loved the breakfast that she brought to us every morning. The room was cleaned very well daily. We always had fresh towels and toiletries. The indoor pool was a very nice way to refresh after a hot day exploring the city. Andrea went out of her way many times to schedule all of our transfers around town. She also scheduled a day tour and reserved a super trendy restaurant with a beautiful view of the sunset at the last minute for us. We'll never forget the days we spent at this place. She added a nice touch to our stay by gifting us a couple of souvenirs when we left. Andrea was an excellent host in all aspects and we hope to come back soon.

It would be lovely to have a 2nd bathroom, as there were 3 of us but we knew it was 1 bath when we booked, so not a real negative. Just a note.

It was a lovely & charming cave. One bedroom + living room which doubled up as a soda-bed-room for our son. Villa was well appointed, clean n new. Our host Andrea was sincere n did everything she could to make our stay comfortable. When we needed some guidance on getting to the Athinos port, she helped us to book a driver and provided a porter service up the stairs. I really want to give Andrea a perfect 10! Breakfast was provided - delivered to the villa & was delicious. Lovely place n host!

Andrea very carefully introduced us to the room facilities and the attractions of Santorini, provided us with a very rich and delicious breakfast, and helped us carry our luggage. The view was beautiful and the room was very spacious. We had a great time.

Great location, excellent host and a cosy suite. Andrea was very caring and welcoming , she explained to us the places of intrests in Santorini and gave some amazing recommendations for our stay and arranged a good deal with premium transport service provider. My daughter loved the indoor pool.Andrea prepared tasty breakfast for us every day and insisted to carry fruits / yogurt for my daughter on the last day. Highly recommended.

Would have been great if the water temperature of the indoor spa was warmer, but not a big issue. Andrea had told us upfront about it, during check-in.

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the suite and how cosy it was. Location was good and we were pleased to know that it was located just at the start of the 10km hike to Oia, which we did! Breakfast was sufficient and Andrea was very kind to accommodate some little requests like swapping some items with apple juice and granola. To top it all, we had breakfast at the balcony of the suite, where views were gorgeous and the sun on our faces in the cool wind just wonderful!

the property is very cave-y and the view from the balcony is fantastic. the location of the home is prime - not far off from the bus station and central Fira. Andrea is extremely helpful and responsive - she gave us a detailed overview of the area and the home at our arrival and good recommendations of what to do on the island. She made us feel very welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
