This is probably not on the hotel but there is some rough ground around the hotel premises that detracts a bit from the lovely impression of the hotel. The hotel could landscape it if they had the possibility?

Small och modern hotel. We had a nice room with a sea view. All the staff we came into contact with seemed very polite and service-minded. Food nicely presented and everything was kept very clean and tidy. Nice pool area. Chill atmosphere while we were there. A quiz one evening and Greek musicians and dancers the next, so nice for those who don’t want to get out and about in the evening.

I didn't like the fact that bottled water is not part of all inclusive concept. You can have purified water from the machine but it's pretty warm.

I travel a lot and I stayed in many hotels in my life. This hotel has the most friendly staff I've ever seen. Their friendliness comes naturally.

It was our second time here. Just like last year, we are very satisfied this year as well. The staff is nice, the hotel is clean and tidy. The beach is a few minutes' walk away, but the pool is also a great way to spend time. The food is very tasty, varied and can be eaten by people with food sensitivities. I hope we can enjoy the wonder that the hotel gives us again soon.

Very clean & big enough rooms & comfy beds. Good shower. Rooms have TV’s, kettle & tea & coffee, fridge, safe. Lovely clean pool. The Beach and shops are 5- 10 min away. Good food, delicious pork dishes and deserts. Friendly and smiling staff. Would recommend!

The dishes you expected to be hot were almost cold, but no problem for me, I love greek salad and other cold dishes. The only thing I missed was a coffee machine in the room, it would have been good when you woke up early.

Beautiful hotel with very nice hotel area. The room was large, cozy and very clean. The balcony spacious with a lovely view of the sea. The pole area was cleaned every day, the sunbeds were also washed, which was appreciated. The all inclusive was good although there was not much variety in the food, mostly the desserts. Everything was very cheeky and appealing. The staff was very nice, happy and accommodating in all situations. It was possible to put the bag in a locked room after check-out and also a room for shower and change before returning home, so appreciated!

According to my booking info I was supposed to get front rooms with sea and pool view. Instead I got room from the left side of the building. As it still had pretty OK sea view and staff was otherwise friendly I did not rise the issue. Not a big problem just a warning that always check what are Your booking terms.

Food was good value compared to the cost. Close to sea. Very friendly staff.

The main courses at the buffet could have been better - now it was a bit of fast food style.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Luggage room and the possibility for shower when collecting the luggage was really nice - you could change before return flight and still have whole day hiking or at the beach.

My only suggestion is on-site laundry facilities for longer stay guests.

Antonis and his team gave me the most relaxing holiday I’ve had in a long time - a modern hotel with a spacious and clean room, wonderful views, big swimming pool, well maintained facilities and delicious food (highly recommend the all inclusive option). But most of all, the warmth of the staff, all highly trained, professional and friendly. I didn’t want to leave, and subsequently extended my stay twice! A big call out to Amaryllis, Georgia, Janus, the restaurant and bar team, the room attendants and to Antonis, the hotel Director - you all embody the wonderful spirit of Cretan hospitality!A huge thanks, I’ll be back!

- The douche is installed on a very low height (around 1m above the ground!) - Amenities are not refilled (we had to ask in person from the reception for shower gel and shampoo, yet the soap was placed) - They don't fill the minibar even with water!

I was staying in Dore boutique hotel in the end of august and I’m really satisfied with it. The staff is very nice, attentive, friendly and helpful. Food is great, especially if u like a large variety of deserts. Also a good variety of drinks, good Greek wines. Rooms are exceptionally clean, light, spacious and beds are super comfy - not too soft and not too hard. Also a big plus -there are anti mosquito nets on balcony doors, sadly not every hotel has them. Especially recommended rooms with sea view!! Definitely worthy investment ;) felt like I did a right choice booking a sea view room. The hotel is also really close to the sea, like 5-7 min walking distance. On the day of arrival even after checkout u can use a guest shower, that’s a very convenient option for flights in the afternoon. I highly recommend booking this hotel, cause if I’m going back to Crete I’d book with them again <3

The nicet staff ever! From front desk to restaurant servers and barmaid. Expect to be welcomed with the warmest smiles. I loved how everyone was so professional and helpful. If you are looking for a calm getaway then this is the best place to stay. A special mention to the pastry chef, I loved every dessert that was served.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel is very clean - the staff in this area does a great job. The pool is large, clean and there is always a free chair. The rooms are large and nicely decorated. The food is very good and every day there is a new dish - not to mention the desserts which are insane. The hotel also has a gym, which is not large but has everything you need to exercise. There was no problem with late checkout and the cost was low. Definitely deserves five stars. Big thanks to Ammarilys, Christina and Katerina who are always smiling and very helpful <3

A little more selection of snacks at the snack bar if possible.

The staff were absolutely lovely, just like a family run business which we adored! The hotel was nee, clean and well looked after. The food was also fresh and of good quality at every meal. We would certainly return! Thank you Dore!
