This place is great for enjoying oia in all its glory. We as a family enjoyed our time, the sunset views were an amazing bonus.

Have to be prepared for the steps. It was no problem for us, but something to be considered. Only minor complaint would be that the pots/pans should be replaced. {Teflon frying pan was very scratched.)

Beautiful location. Wonderful view, where we could watch the sunset away from the crowd. Very comfortable for our 3-person family. Our son was able to have a bit of his own space. Two separate full bathrooms.

It is an effort getting to the property (lots and lots of stairs to get down and then of course back up) other than that was a great stay and the staff were amazing and very accommodating! Would definitely stay again.

The offerings of scrambled eggs for breakfast were not that great.

The croissants were amazing, the juice tasted fresh squeezed, and our favorites breakfast offerings were probably the spanikopita and the yogurt with fruit and granola. The views were outstanding and completely worth the stay. The sunset views were off the hook! There were many steep steps to get down to our villa, and it was on the main donkey path for tired tourists walking back up so we had to watch where we stepped. It was entertaining to watch all the people riding the donkeys back up the hill. Espresso machine was a welcome every morning and we appreciated the AC, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.

Nothing to do with the Villa. The donkey and mule droppings on the stairs to Amoudi bay is something that needs to be addressed by the Authorities.

Hands down, one of the top three villas in Oia. Stunning views of the Caldera sunset, Amoudi bay as well as the village. Fitim is a wonderful host and daily breakfast was delicious. The villa was cleaned daily. If you don't mind the 88 steps to get to the villa, you'll absolutely love this place.

This must be one of the best places to stay at in Oia. The views are fantastic and you get to see the best sunsets! The place is very private. Many options for breakfast. Beds are comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

Water pressure and hot water were low/poor throughout; after we'd bathe our kids there would be little left over for us. Beware if you are sharing with many people. Beware of the steps - the work to get down and up to this unit is real. Also donkeys are regularly carrying people up and down, so you have to be careful not to step in their poop which is an additional hassle. But ultimately, it is still worth it.

The primary reason to rent this place is for a private unobstructed view of the Oia sunset and the mountain side with the picturesque Santorini houses/white buildings that are so popular. This hotel has several places to sit outside including a table and chairs, loungers, and another bench/table. The breakfast was incredibly tasty as well (you get a menu and can order the day before). Finally, Fitim was an incredibly responsive and helpful host who assisted with baggage on arrival/departure, and everything else in between. In short, he was great.

The property is great, no complaints other than not having the realization that going up and down everyday is challenging. we loved the experience but it was good cardio exercise.

The Villa is the last independent house on the steps to Ammoudi Bay. It is very private location, has ample space, 2 bathrooms, beautiful patio upstairs and the best sunset view in Oia. in fact people pay to come to Oia to view the sunset. The views of the ocean, Ammoudi bay, view of the iconic Oia houses and is equipped with a full kitchen. The best part of the morning is the sumptuous break fast that is delivered to the house which you can order as per your liking from a menu. Fitim who takes care of the property checks in every day to see if you need anything. He is super helpful and helped us carry our heavy suitcases both up and down the hill. More on the location later (see in things we did not like) If you need a private house far form the crowds and enjoy both super and expansive views of Oia then look no where else. You will go back with great memories for a lifetime. To approach the property you will have to talk down about 85+ steps and can be challenging for most people, especially when you have to climb up everyday to visit the shops or go out to other parts of Santorini. For sunset dinner you have to walk 158 steps to Ammoudi bay where you have to visit for the best sunset dinner in Oia. Going down may be OK but coming up 158 steps to the property is super tough for most people. There is an option to get a ride on the mules/donkeys that cost about 10 Euros each way. A big shoutout to Fitim for taking care of us so well.

This is a wonderful spot for those without mobility issues. Please wear shoes with good grip as arrival to this secluded location requires climbing and descending slippery steps.

If you are so fortunate to book this place you will not be disappointed. The host is amazing, the place is so clean and so private! We had better views than anyone else in Oia. Trust us - the private rooftop deck is a lifetime memory maker.
