Nothing really....it was just what we needed.

We stayed one night straight from the airport on route to the ferry It was ideal. Breakfast was good. We had dinner at a restaurant right on the beach ten minutes away which was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. Zak was very friendly and very helpful. It was perfect for our needs, close to the airport and close to the port for our ferry crossing the next day.

The shower head didn’t have anything to sit in on the wall so you just had to hold it.

Outstanding service from Zach, he got in contact the day of check in to provide us with all the necessary information. He even organised an airport shuttle for us which was super helpful as we landed very late at night but he was up and waiting to check us in at 12am.

Because of its proximity to the airport, you could hear planes landing and taking off above your heads at night and early in the morning - not something the hotel can change tho so all good :)

It was a convenient and comfortable place to stay the night after arriving to Santorini late at night. The staff were nice and the room was comfortable.

Lovely little property near the airport. If you have little ones they will love watching the planes take off and land. This is a basic hotel that has upscale frills. It has everything you need including a very comfortable bed , better than the fancy expensive resort we stayed in town. Clean, modern, comfortable. Need to mention we arrived having the worst travel day ever, and we were greeted by Zac the manager by the pool and outdoor bar. Within minutes we went from stressed to relaxed with a little conversation and the wine didn’t hurt either. Katrina the maid is as sweet as you get. This place is special.

I didn't think the room was 'luxury' but it was definitely adequate.

We didn't know what time breakfast was and came down too late. However, Zach and his team were happy to make breakfast for us anyway.

You can hear the planes from the room, up to about 1am, but I must say they never impeded my sleep.

We had a great time at Hermoso Luxury Suites! Zach was super helpful before and during our stay, and helped us book a taxi from the airport, rent a car, gave us suggestions for our trips…made everything smooth for us! Breakfast was simple but with a good sweet and savoury choice and the location was quiet and just in front of the beach. Fira easily reachable by bus (there’s a bus stop 5 minutes from the hotel). The room was clean and comfortable; we were a bit worried for the proximity of the airport, but it turned out watching planes take off was the kids favourite activity for the evening!

Super friendly staff, we arrived late and they were still happy to make us a nice dinner and drinks. Suite was really spacious and had everything you could need, we were travelling with two teenagers and they had their own room. Super convenient for the airport - it was literally half an hour from landing to arriving at the hotel! This obviously means there is noise from planes which starts around 6am but they are really not that frequent so not a major issue. Would definitely stay there again as a good airport stopover!

We were unlucky because there were a group of people partying till the midnight around 4 am and it totally disrupted our sleep. The soundproofing was terrible as well.

It’s close to the airport so that’s why we chose it for our last night. Staffs are nice.

Breakfast was so-so - continental and not a very exciting selection. The shower was very cramped; you couldn't turn in the shower and don't drop anything! The plumbing seemed wobbly but it worked. I can imagine if you stay at the hotel for a holiday you should be good with plane noise.

We used this hotel because it is next to the airport (literally by the runway). We arrived very late on our flight, and we were hopping onto a ferry the next morning. The room was spacious, and they provide welcome water. They helped us organise a taxi from the airport to the hotel (late at night for less than a mile €25) and from the hotel to the port (8 miles for €45). We were grateful they stayed up late for our delayed flight - thank you!
