The restaurant at the hotel is overpriced for food and drinks. The sunbeds at swimming pool are insanely costly, except last row of 4 sunbeds which are free for hotel guests.

I highly recommend this luxurious hotel. We had a 3-night stay we booked two different rooms and both were excellent.*Very clean *excellent view * you have privacy * lovely pool * excellent customer service. Ali was serving our breakfast and he is one of the kindest. Reception, bar staff great as well. Very kind professional and friendly. Excellent sushi. We loved it. We definitely gonna come back. One of the best experiences we had.

The property was absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. My suite was spacious, comfortable, immaculately clean and very modern. The views are to die for and the pool, restaurant and bar are heavenly! However, the ENTIRE staff were the absolute highlight. They are the kindest most welcoming and professional staff that I have encountered throughout all of my journeys! They made my daughter and I truly feel not only welcomed but like family! We cannot wait to return! Divino and everyone there will always have a special place in our heart! Thank you so much for everything!

We had high expectations for this structure reading the reviews, but all has been exceeded! The structure is amazing both in the common area of the bar / pool and in the rooms - our was truly spectacular, with a beautiful view on the caldera and a pool that was a total hit! We spent lots of times in there and it was the romantic touch our vacation needed! We also stayed one day at the pool and it was completely worth it, the cocktails are very good and the sushi bar of the pool is really high in quality as well. The fact that the structure is slightly far from the most common spots (Oia, Fira) was actually a plus for us, as long as you have a mean of transportation reaching such places is extremely quick and you will find yourself in a peaceful oasis when you come back to the hotel. But besides the beauty of the structure, which really was one of the best hotel we have ever been to, the real plus is the staff! Everyone was incredibly welcoming even before we arrived, it was my boyfriend’s birthday and they helped me surprise him with a cake, baloons and wine in the room, the results was fantastic! They really made our trip that more special, so we couldn’t recommend the structure more. We will be back for sure!

We were staying in the Deluxe Suite. The room and balcony are very spacious and the interior design is beautiful. We loved the jacuzzi on the balcony with an incredibly beautiful view. We also really liked the location apart the more crowded areas of Santorini.

Brand new hotel, located on the peaceful area of Akrotiri, away from the crowds. Exceptional service and staff, amazing room with caldera views, and great value for money. I have stayed in several hotels in different areas around Santorini, and I need to say that this one was by far the best experience!! Highly recommended to everyone 👍 👌 👏

We liked everything!

The property was beautiful from the steps up to our rooms to the pool and amazing view of the caldera. Everything was very clean inside and out! The two people who checked us in and delivered a personalized breakfast to our patio every morning were friendly and kind. They gave us suggestions for places to eat and a phone number to call if we had any questions. Our rooms were comfortable and simply, beautifully decorated. We loved visiting the different beaches, walking the trail from Fira to Oia, watching sunsets from the lighthouse and Oia, exploring the Pyrgos castle, and meeting a wonderful potter who taught one of our kids to mold clay on the wheel. Thank you, Santorini, for an amazing family vacation.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. It has beautiful scenery, complete room facilities, clean and tidy interior, and a comfortable heated swimming pool. Special mention goes to Ali, the enthusiastic employee here. When we arrived here on the first day, we went the wrong way and got into a car accident. He quickly arrived at the location of our car accident and helped us lift the car out. . He gave us so much help and was very willing to help us solve our problems, because having him made our trip more complete! I wish Ali and other employees a Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year, and a happy life!

Rental bike poor quality. Drinks and food too expensive. We would have eaten and drunk and spent more time at the hotel if the price was just a bit lower.

Host was great and friendly. The bar and pool. Balcony with hot tub and view - amazing. Great great breakfast, though the coffee could be much better.

This was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Truly the most beautiful place you can be in, in Santorini. It was absolutely gorgeous, the staff was amazing, the restaurant next to it spectacular. There’s not one thing I would change: a must visit!

An absolutely excellent hotel ,everything of the highest standard , stayed in a Deluxe room had fantastic views of the Caldera. Large balcony had a great hot tub. The included breakfasts were very nice and tasty. A big shout out for Ali who help us immensely and had great knowledge of the island.

Breakfast service was a bit slow and you have to order from the menu with 2 choices. Breakfast was tasty especially sweet choices.

Room was clean and modern. Facility inside was great. The highlight would be the hot tub with the room. Staffs were really friendly and helpful.

The food and drink options are top quality but dinner menu is very specific to the fusion / sushi concept (which is superbly executed). I would recommend a slightly expanded menu for those staying for a longer period to offer a bit more choice in the evening if wanting to dine at the hotel.

The hotel is beautifully designed, the finishes are all very contemporary yet bohemian chic. The hot tub and the spacious balcony was also a great place to spend time. The food is superb and the service is natural and genuine. I was very warmly welcomed by the team and they were very attentive. Thank you to Markella for the welcome and advice, the bar/ restaurant staff for the professional service and the chef for his fantastic food. The housekeeping team are all so friendly and prompt. Particular mention for Christina who kindly checked in with me every day, offering great advice and tips on the island. She helped me rent a car and organised a boat trip and my transfers for the airport. Divino Caldera is a very special hotel and I would highly recommend it for a break.
