The house is in a wonderful position, with an amazing caldera view . Very clean, and fully furnished. Thanos was so kind, he was always available for any kind of support/service and with precious advises for tour, food etc. Hopefully we will come back soon there!

The outdoor area faces directly into the sunset, this can be a pro or a con depending on your preference. Would be a 10 if there was a shaded area and hottub on the balcony.

If you want privacy and quiet while still being in reach of everything, stay here. It's about a 10-15 min walk to Fira and about 2 min to a few local shops of Firostefani. Stunning views of the Caldera and not overloaded with tourists like Fira or Oia. Interiors have a unique style, a mix of traditional/modern but they are clean and comfortable. Waking up and heading to Galini Cafe for breakfast was a real treat. Thanos our host provided the most responsive and reliable communication, thank you!

the bed/mattress was a little on the hard side but wouldn’t stop us from returning to the property. there would be ample space outside for a jacuzzi/spa bath which would just make this a 10/10.

the location was fantastic and the area was full of nice restaurants and quirky shops. the view from the cave house was stunning and all amenities were as described. there was ample space to sit outside on loungers or at the table. we sat there most nights for the amazing sunsets. The host Thanos met us from the airport and took us to the house, gave us a full overview of the amenities and issued us a list of very nice restaurants on the island and gave us a bit of history on Santorini. he waited on us throughout the trip and gave us a ride to anywhere we wished to go (at a cost), which was amazing. we used the service many times….

Slightly cold inside in the morning - a small radiator would have been appreciated but this wouldn't be an issue during the warmer months.

We stayed at Dimitrios Cave House at the very beginning of the season. Communication with the property manager was extremely smooth. He was waiting for us at the parking lot on arrival and took us to the apartmement; he suggested numerous restaurants and places to visit, which was very appreciated as it was our first stay on the island. We ended up spending most of our time at the apartment, mostly on the terrace from which the view is stunning.

This property was in great location. Our host Thanos was very helpful and kind. He gave us a lot of tips on restaurants and even thing things to do within our stay. The sunset was amazing just right outside our house. I would highly recommend the hospitality was beyond exceptional 😁.

Stylish accommodation in a fantastic location! The host Thanos was great and had lots of tips about excursions, restaurants and lots of information about the history of the region! The location is quiet and yet very central! Fira and numerous restaurants are within walking distance!

There is only a parasol for shade so if it’s windy you won’t be able to put it up.

The cave house is well designed and furnished, there’s everything you need for a couple - the kitchen is well equipped, too. We loved hanging out on the terrace and just enjoying that breathtaking view over the caldera and the village.

Luxurious, spacious & immaculate cave house, decorated with art furniture and tasteful touches at every turn, including religious artifacts and fresh flowers. Everything you see, touch or feel is high quality and above expectations even for seasoned travelers. Unobstructed central view of caldera you stare at for hours in disbelief from your private terrace & sun-beds. A must have experience … Communication was spot on in advance, during and after … Location on island is ideal. Imeroviglio & firostefani are best right now. For me, a third time visitor to island, it provided a very complete, jet set like vibe I didn’t expect, an incredible value. Can’t wait to back …ASAP. PS.
