The kitchen area was a bit shabby.

Quiet accommodation, a few minutes from the beach and the pedestrian street with restaurants. Parking was easy, the hotel also has its own parking lot.

Only 1 small electric element worked on cooker. Only 1 frypan and 1 pot and not enough cutlery for 3 people.

Large room for 3 adults. Clean. Nice balcony. Close to beach, 150 metres. Use of beach umbrellas and beach seating.

Value for money!! The breakfast was rich, tasty & healthy, incl. fantastic homemade cottage cheese pie, eggs, fruits&veggies from the garden. The owner was very helpful and polite. Good communication. Our room was clean and equipped with kitchenette.

Some guests were too noisy early in the morning and late at night.

The hotel provide the necessary for a short or long stay. Clean linen, a small cooker (I didn't use it), few crockery. The bathroom could be cleaner and better maintained. All in all, you get what you've paid for and I was in general satisfied by my stay

We were on the 3rd (last) floor without the elevator.

We liked the relax communication with the host and the environment of the hotel. The host was friendly and he let us enter the room before the official time,as well as to stay after the official departure time. The apartment was spacious with a big terrace and equipped kitchen. You can hear the cricket and even the waves during the night.

very small complaint, only two power sockets but easily fixed by buying extension lead for 7 euros from local hardware store. would have been nice if shower head could have been fixed up to wall. not the fault of the host but room flooded on final night making the kitchen sink live electric.

The hotel was difficult to find. My navigation tools didn't cover this area well, and the town has a complex unobvious structure. It was my last hotel before flying out of Thessaloniki. When I booked it the manager asked me about the arrival time which I couldn't estimate because I couldn't plan yet where I would be staying previously. Closer to the date my plans get more certain but still, I wasn't sure how long it would take me to find a hotel when I get to the town. The manager sent his father to meet me at the hotel. He was nice and welcoming but didn't speak English. I couldn't explain to him that I needed to print out important travel papers and turned out he couldn't operate a printer anyway. No one else in town was able to print them out on Sunday so I had to rush to find a printing service in Thessaloniki just a few hours before my flight on Monday. The sheets on my bed were clean and dry but they didn't get rinsed well enough before drying, and a strong laundry detergent smell and powder particles disturbed my breathing and sleeping. There was no hot water so I took a cold shower. I guess it is acceptable for 20 euro price but I should be warned about it in advance anyway.

Nice hotel and nice apartment, fully equipped with everything a traveler needs for an economy-style beach vacation. It is close to the beach. Friendly host representative. Very interesting solution for kitchen placement- a stove, a fridge, a sink, and shelves with kitchenware are hidden in a big closet right next to a traditional one for clothes. Great location- the small town Makrygialos is 40 min driving to Thessaloniki on the freeway from Athens, and it has a nice golden sandy beach with no big waves.

It looks like a Macedonian famous series Prespav,t hotel looks like the hotel from the series, the stair case and the hall.

Very peaceful place near the beach and the local restaurant and the, super market as well. We definitely recommend this place.

The breakfast on booking.com of 7€ does Not exist. You are required to go to owners other hotel and pay 20€ each for a set breakfast. No mention of price until time to pay. 😔 Cooking facilities was 1 single electric element as stove did not work.

Easily accessible apartment, good start for Olympus tours, Thessaloniki, Meteoras. The landlord, Johannis, is a warm hearted, extremely helpful and friendly guy, who is the embodiment of all the great Greek virtues. If You choose the option of breakfast, prepare to be fed absolutely full.
