The gardens are already spacious and attractive but are going to become even better over time

Breakfast was good as was all the catering and our accommodation spacious. Very importantly for myself was that it was designed to cater for my disability. This was further helped by the consideration and help of the staff.

Small gripe, thought that the breakfast menu was far too rigid, would have preferred an option to have elements of the menu rather than specific dishes. Also thought that having to pay for an espresso from the bar rather than have the filter was a shame. Also, sort the music out guys and read the room, often too loud in the morning and not very good! However, must stress that the quality of the food, as with the whole island, was excellent and sometimes exceptional.

Had a great experience and was well looked after by the staff, too many to mention! From Michael in reception, George in the restaurant, Bimba and Sundaes in the SPA to Vasillis and Argiris driving us around, massive thank you to everyone!

The stuff was very helpful, the room was very clean and sanitized. We met with the manger and the owner who was so friendly and advised us with places and activities which turned out to be amazing and made our stay in santorini delightful and enjoyable. Highly recommendable!!!!! Special thanks to the owner and all the stuff.

That it was completely cut off and car hire was essential. The meal prices in the resort were extortionate making it essential to go out in the car and find somewhere to eat. There were no drawers or adequate alternatives for storing non-hanging clothes and only one bedside cabinet for a king size bed. The fact this “quiet” resort was on the flight path into the airport which had not been disclosed to us at any time.

The room was quite large and the outside area was the very best we’ve had anywhere. The facilities in the resort were very good. The staff were very friendly and efficient and the service was good.

Absolutely everything!!! Nice and relaxing, clean … gorgeous villas, the pools in the villas are not small which is definitely a nice thing to have. The staff, I mean everyone at the resort is friendly, their hospitality makes you feel like a queen and king. Oh and wait, the breakfast is superb! I could not be happier. We are able to get transfers everywhere we wanted to go.. they were able to accommodate all of our last minute whims without problem. The place is far enough to enjoy the quiet and the beautiful view of the Aegean Sea… but fairly close to fira to enjoy the caldera. I recommend this property, and will be coming back with no hesitation.

I recommend you hire a quad or a car to get around because it is £25 one way just to get in town. And food in the restaurant is expensive so it is better some times to head into the main town and get some cheaper food. The rooms aren’t really soundproof which can be annoying at night if you have noisy neighbours. Pool could be cleaned a bit more / but overall good experience!

Location is great when you want tranquillity. Even though there is the occasional plane. But the villa with private pool sea view and sunrise was worth it. The whole complex was also tastefully decorated. You would need a car since it's in the middle of nowhere but only 20 min from Oia. A downside was the way breakfast was handled. After almost a weeks' stay we got very tired of the a la carte breakfast choices. There should be a buffet and plenty enough without extra cost which was not the case. They wanted to charge for an extra yoghurt and a water bottle... And service at breakfast was a little disorganised. This should not happen in a 5* hotel. If this is adjusted I would really recommend this place.

The cost of the transport to and from the resort for short trips into Fira as the resort was remotely located. However, thankful the transport was available.

The staff was amazing! Our villa was perfect, as was the private and communal pools. The included breakfasts were amazing. The use of WhatsApp to communicate with hotel reception was a great tool to stay in constant contact for any and all requests.

Stayed here from 11th July - 15th July 2023 and everything was perfect. Staff are super helpful. Rooms are clean and absolutely stunning. Having a private pool was fabulous. We hired a car which we parked in the car park on site. Hotel is located just outside Fira which is lovely as you’re away from the busy tourist areas. Cannot fault anything as everything was perfect from start to finish.

Location is a bit isolated. Can’t do much without a car. Amenities in the room like water need to be replenished daily. Express checkout is not available

The staff in particular Sofia made us feel very special. Our own pool and outside area were fantastic and you really could just relax and enjoy. You could feel like you were away from the center but in reality just 10 min away. It was quiet, romantic and comfortable. We loved it!

The breakfast was not buffet, it was La Carte with very few choices Far from fera and Oia . Taxi shuttle cost 25 to 35 euro each way.

Stunning villa. Friendly staff. Location wasn’t ideal unless you had a car. Transfer into fira town was 25 euro one way. Great service from the hotel for transfers but felt very secluded.

Aircraft fly over the resort frequently, during the day and at night, despite a previous reviewer being told they were incorrect, we have the pictures to proof this is correct. Driving to the resort from the main road would give you the impression that you are driving to the local recycling centre as it's run down with refuse bins dotted around the area. They state that arrival drinks are served, and we never saw a drop of anything, just a form, passports, and credit card details. Breakfast was limited to 1 plate per person, despite charging a lot for the stay. Orange juice was served in child size poor quality, scratched glasses. We only went down for breakfast 3-4 times out of the 7 as we knew what was on offer, so we went out and bought our own food items and prepared our own generous breakfast. Restaurant staff were helpful but not attentive at all. They never asked if the food was OK, nor did they ask if we needed anything else, which are basics in hospitality. It appeared that when the management team arrived in the restaurant, they were promptly served drinks in much better glasses, along with a different range of coffees, etc, that paying guests were not even offered. They were even given a chilled bottle of water, not just a glass from a warm one left on the side. Private pool was not kept clean, debris in pool from overnight weather, remained for us to deal with. Pool towels were left unchanged by housekeeping during the whole week. Bath towels were stained and some even thread bare. Kettle in room was dangerous, as it wouldn't switch off, so you had to stand by it and switch it off manually, we had asked for it to be changed on 3 occasions and this was promised but never happened. The Safe was faulty, two attempts on getting it fixed, resulting in them giving us the key to it.

Maybe would be better if the private pool was heated as it was very cold even in June. Also, after checking out i soon realised I had forgot my favourite ring in my room and quickly messaged reception about it and I still haven’t heard back about it being found. I am very disappointed about this as I would have placed the ring on the beside or somewhere easy to find and they said they have not found it. Unfortunately this has made what would have been a perfect stay end on a bit of a downer for me.

In a great, private and peaceful location and the room decor was very simple and chic. The staff were great and always kind and polite. The woman at reception helped us pick some activities and gave very good restaurant suggestions and was really helpful the whole time we were there! I liked that we could communicate easily through WhatsApp and the reception always gave very prompt replies and answered any questions/requests we had.
