The air-conditioning could have been put on in the breakfast room. It was a little stuffy. Please note stairs to access most rooms and and twin share pending availability. Prepare to share, although we were offered to change for the next day but had already unpacked all of our belongings.

The front office receptionist was amazing, the best of all the greek islands we visited. She showed us where we were and things to do and was extremely helpful. Beautiful venue, the hotel was again best of our island stays. The shower/ bathroom was amazing and it was a luxury stay.

The hotel was very modern and clean. It was perfectly located just outside of the main town area, so it was private but in close walking distance. The hostess was also incredibly friendly and helpful with our stay.

The single beds! .. what are we children? Only one flat pillow. A group below our apartment was quite loud and didn't matter what time and felt they took over the pool area as well . We couldn't relax around the pool as they were very loud.

At the end I asked for a transfer to the airport, I said we were four people but they mistakenly thought we were only two, so I needed to find another option due to this error, but finally I managed well because I found a better transport deal rather than the one proposed from the hotel, but for sure I can stay again at the Deluxe Hotel Santorini‼️

Reception super helpful and very informative about all the activities. Also the view from the pool is super cool‼️

The wifi signal was poor at times, however I believe that it might be an occurring problem across the island as my roaming 4g was poor at times too

Location was perfect. Within 5minute walking distance of the main square and the caldera view. Hotel was clean and staff were attentive in providing recommendations on what to see on the island.

The hotel is situated so close to the square in Fira which makes it a great base for seeing the city. Upon arrival, the staff at reception (Cindy & Meggie) were so helpful giving us a lot of information of things to-do and always on hand to help organize taxis or give advice as required for places to eat, things to see! The hotel also features a pool which was great. The room itself was exactly as described and spacious. I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Santorini

Room was smaller than anticipated for a superior room. No bar at the pool however unsure if the property stated this. Found the pillows to be slightly too lumpy however partner disagrees and found it comfortable.

Location was great. It was modern, tastefully decorated and clean. Staff welcoming and helpful if you needed anything. Did not have food so cannot comment.

Close to everything (5 minutes from the bus stop, 5 minutes to the center), the accommodation was clean, what is the most important thing for us, the girls at the reception are very kind, we came here for the first time and they explained to us where the main destinations are, on the way out they offered us to leave things so that we don't have to carry them until the flight, the pool is great, you get towels at the reception

Staff are great the woman in the evening and in the morning so helpful. They help with everything. Location is perfect!!! Close to everything. Pool is beautiful. The place is beautiful. Very clean.

the breakfast was good, just the scrambled eggs i wasnt a massive fan of but there were boiled eggs and plenty of other options The pool was really cold. a bit to cold to stay in and enjoy. not a big deal though

Location was good. Just outside the main section of town so it wasnt crazy but it was only a short walk into the main section of santorini. supermarkets, food, attractions all very close. The staff were really nice. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and pleasant. They helped organise scooters for us, not the best quality but dropped off to the hotel and picked up from the hotel. id say a must, can explore the whole island yourself in a couple of days. The hotel was very clean. the room was neat tidy and comfortable enough for our stay. Breakfast was reasonable. convenient as greece isnt really a breakfast country so is a good way to load up for a day of adventuring

The hotel was in a central location, a short 5 minute walk into main town Fira. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We absolutely loved our time there, Especially the stunning pool area.
