Some tea making facilities in the room would have been a nice touch as well and an iron and ironing board.

The entire hotel is clean and modern. The rooms are spacious, cleaned daily, and the towels and bed sheets are also replaced daily. The hotel is a five minute walk from the centre of Fira and less than a ten minute walk from the main bus station. The staff on reception were superb and helped with recommendations for what to do on the island, renting vehicles, booking taxies, and were always very friendly which made us feel welcome. The pool is very nice on a hot day and didn’t get too busy. The breakfast buffet was adequate.

I am from Asia and require a kettle in the room to make hot water but the room doesn't come with one and the room has only small tube of shampoo and shower cream so if you are particular, then you may have to use your own. As i stay in the underground, phone reception is poor so you have to use their wifi in order to get connected.

Location - good, near the Santorini bus station, very easy walk to the station but do note that it down hill to the hotel so likewise if you push your large luggage, it is going to be uphill. Other than that it is flat ground walk to the bus stop. Room is decent size with very limited amenities.

It would have been great to have an ironing board (only an iron was available) and tea/coffee and cups/glasses in the room.

The location was excellent, very close to the centre. The staff were amazing and very friendly and the room was very clean and spacious.

The reception is closed from midnight to 8 am. Luckily we didn't need anything at that time but also being a place that opens with automatic doors, would increase security to have someone there.

Everything was great, the staff amazing. Good location too! There was an issue with the wifi almost at the time the receptionist has to leave and she stayed and took care of it before leaving, and solved the problem.

Spacious and clean. Property is as pictured. The washing line outside was well used during our stay! Reception and cleaning staff were all incredibly lovely and eager to help. Cindy provided a map and great overview of places to visit in Santorini. They were able to accommodate an early check in and provide luggage storage after check out. It’s located fairly close to the main bus station, coffee shops and city centre. Property was easy to find, felt safe and quiet. Not a negative just a PSA: the property is located at the bottom of a small hill. We packed light so was not an issue but may be worth noting.

The hotel is new, low rise, clean and in safe location. Less than 10 mins walk to town centre. It is among other villas in lower terrain so do not expect sea views. There is a nice pool and deck though. Breakfast is not included [ no active cafe] Staff was pretty nice .

This place is amazing. The location is so good - 4 minutes walk from the bus station and about 7-8 minutes walk from the beautiful views. Very cozy room with nice furniture and colors. We loved the pool area, everything was very well taken care and clean. Nice and helpful stuff. I highly recommend this place. It made our stay even more pleasant.

Staff are friendly especialy the receptionist, Fryda, who is very accommodating and very approachable. Housekeeper are great as well on their job. The entire place is spotless and immaculate.

Although the rooms were nice, they were smaller than expected We found things in the fridge from the guests that left before us which really brings into question the cleaning The night time guy working reception had a terrible attitude, he was always on the phone or watching something or entertaining his friends and what seemed like his girlfriend He was very rude to my mom so unnecessary
