We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesBathroom is large but for some strange reason, the shower is so tiny that even small and skinny person can not move around. Only if they can remodel the bathroom!
We loved our room. Huge room, huge terrace, old fashion but comfortable and clean. The location is better than we imagined, walking distance to the main street and restauarnts, yet closes to the scenery. The room has wonderful view of the surrounding mountain. Hotel has its own parking lot.

United StatesThe hotel is located in the heart of the Meteroa area, so it is easily accessible to all of the monastery sites. The hotel decor is very attractive. Staff greeted us warmly and enthusiastically. In addition to providing a map, they shared a guide book for our use during the stay. We had chosen a less expensive room, but were delighted to have a small porch with view of a majestic rock formation. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

IcelandIt's hard to describe this hotel. Everything about it is perfect. The rooms are incredible, the staff is wonderfully helpful, the parking lot is a lifesaver if you're coming by car, the location is perfect (directly between the two towns), the rooms were spacious and the bed was massive and so comfortable, and the view from the Meteora-facing rooms is absolutely spectacular. I could have sat out on that balcony all day. The breakfast they have there is also just amazing. They have homemade jams and cakes and their bacon and eggs are fantastic. The only downside of this place was that we had to leave. This is the only hotel I will consider staying at if I ever go back to Meteora. It was just that wonderful.

United StatesNothing about the hotel. The local bus service is better if you make your way to the Kalabaka main office, by the time they got to the Kastraki stop they were full.
Dellas Boutique was located between Kalabaka and Kastraki and easy to get to by car. We had a very nice room but it was located on the side of the hotel so it has good views, just not the best views of Meteora. The breakfasts were excellent with variety and great tasting food. We used the local bus system to get up to the Monasteries. We also used this location to take day car trips to Vergina and Ioannina which worked out great. The hotel is very nicely done in dark woods and tile. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
