I loved my entire stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was great for our chosen activities. I used the spa as well and it was great.

Didn't like the fact that I had to pay for the coffee pods I used in the room, and I didn't know that it's wasn't an everyday compliment, as water was. Please make this clear to your guests.

Everything was lovely, the staff were so available and kind, the breakfast was so diverse and lovely food and my room was very comfortable. The whole hotel was extremely clean and tidy. Victoria, the manager, was so lovely, and after Acknowledging about being a solo traveller and my birthday, she was so kind in sending a birthday card and some gifts. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU, YOU MADE MY STAY EVEN BATTER.

Ladies the rooms have nowhere to sit and do your makeup. They have a mirror in the bathroom that steams up and you are approximately 3 feet from it because of the sink. I addressed this with reception and was basically told to use the bathroom mirror. Would not rate this a 5star. More like a 4-4.5 star. Their sister hotel across the road the Volcano Views was far superior and definitely a 5 star.

Unless you rent a car, you are dependent on the buses due to the location of the hotels. The buses don't always run according to plan

The prices of food and beverages in the pool bar and restaurant. The food was excellent and worth it but the price of say a glass of procecco or a cocktail between 18 and 22 euro. Crazy prices everywhere. Maybe a Greek tax on alcohol. Lidl down the road so bought in which was a shame . So no one in the bar ever. Room was good but they badly need a Miirror in the room for getting ready. Also heavier curtains as felt everyone could see us as they walked by.

This hotel was perfect if you like a walk into town each day. Otherwise there is a complimentary shuttle bus there and back. Breakfast was really nice. But the best part were the staff. LEO at reception was,hands down outstanding at his job and the receptionists were always helpful and friendly. Dometries was a super friendly guy at Breakfast and at the pool and everyday the gardener would give you a Rose such a beautiful gesture. So for the staff I would be back.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of all areas and the room was exceptional. Breakfast was amazing with a wonderful variety. The only drawbacks were the very cold pool and overpriced drinks. Easy to get to Fira town centre but be prepared to splash a lot of money on taxis.

Prices for the f&b are incredibly high. I understand the location, and the stars...but 8 euros for 2 espressi in front of the bar, not as a room service for example,is not acceptable

Amazing hotel , and what makes the plus is the staff. Everybody is helpful and ready to help you. A big plus at reception team . I work in hospitality and you can believe me that everything is perfect

Breakfast wasn't very variable. By no means you can't find what to eat in the morning, but not a huge variety of food available. I would like to have more fruits and berries, but you can find usual eggs, cheese and cereals, so not a big deal here. Another point to cosider is that you won't see the famous Santorini sunset from the hotel's territory, you will need to go across the road to be on the cliff with unobstructed view.

The staff is truely awesome. Always smiling, always willing to help and make guest's stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. We've got an upgrade to suite for free! Hotel's area is big and well maintained, so there is a perfect level of separation from other guests in case you want that. Wonderful reception girls will help you arrange any activity you can dream of. Big thumbs upi for that!

Food and drink were very expensive as expected so would recommend ordering in some takeaway from town and eat by the pool (make sure you have $$)

Loved every moment with staff being the highlight. Facilities were great and great views from our room. Hourly shuttle into town made everything that little bit easier.

The room was fantastic. The spa session was so relaxing with a great ambience. The breakfast was good. The pool bar staff are absolutely fantastic. Cudos to Elena and John the manager. They were warm and welcoming and interacted so well with us. Great experience.

The bathroom in our room was very dated with a shower over the bath and didn’t feel it matched the beauty of the bedroom. The pillows were far too thick and hard for us so this made the sleep not as comfortable as we would have liked

Lovely property with great facilities. They have a very good gym, nice pool and the toilets and shower rooms were fantastic with lovely products. The staff are all wonderful and definitely provide a 5 star service. The food and drinks in the restaurant and bar are amazing! Would definitely return
